If you have already disposed of it or you are moving seats, I seem to remember a thread on here that said you had to pay something like £20 admin charge? My son got a new card today but mine wasn't with it , even though they were both ordered at the same time . Puzzles me how they cannot send both cards out at the same time , they are both to the same address .
