foxer Posted 30 August 2013 Posted 30 August 2013 I've not got sound at work can anyone whose listened give a little overview?
Jakemoore Posted 30 August 2013 Posted 30 August 2013 NP denied what Shakespeare said, he referred to it as a tongue in cheek comment. He then basically went on to outline TR's role at the club and did literally say our relationship with him was fine. I don't think he sounded sure to be honest though!
Ricey Posted 30 August 2013 Posted 30 August 2013 It didn't sound that convincing, but that may just be NP's 'what's it go to do with you' attitude.
AnotherShitSeason Posted 30 August 2013 Posted 30 August 2013 About as convincing as another recent story then: Marshall: I'm Really Happy I’ll have to thank the manager for bringing me in – I’m really happy Ben Marshall Nigel Pearson and Ben Marshall Image by: Plumb Images With the Foxes currently occupying second position in the npower Championship, midfielder Ben Marshall admits he is enjoying life at the club. The 21-year-old was signed by Nigel Pearson from Stoke City a little over a year ago and his recent fine displays have helped in-form Leicester secure five straight league wins. Marshall’s run of eight consecutive starts for the side in all competitions has also coincided with the current eight-game unbeaten run, dating back to the 1-0 defeat to Cardiff City at King Power Stadium on 22 December, 2012. “I’m happy enough,†said Marshall, who has scored four times for the Foxes so far this campaign. “I’ve been playing, and I’ve just got to keep doing what I’ve been doing and stay in the side. “It has been a good year. I’ve even managed to get an England [under-21s] call-up out of it and I’ve really enjoyed it since I’ve been here. “I’ll have to thank the manager for bringing me in – I’m really happy. “It’s getting to that side of the season now where it (promotion) starts to feel more realistic; every time you win you think ‘were getting up there’. “Everyone is confident and we just want to get to the next game and win.â€

The People's Hero Posted 30 August 2013 Posted 30 August 2013 My wife says 'fine' all the time. I take it at face value although I know I shouldn't.
dynamark Posted 30 August 2013 Posted 30 August 2013 Saw matt(hard face) Elliot in m and s fosse park today buying flowers and he was deliberating.Something to do with his wife and pearsons daughter. Why does he continue to wander round in shorts in any weather?

I don't think he sounded sure to be honest though! i think when he said the "club" decided to bring him in , told the true story . it was brandished that nigel had a part in his (dof) incoming , it quite obviously wasn't true was it ? and come on "fine" is a word he has to use ? what's he supposed to say ? wtf was the club thinking ? with hammond coming in and the outgoings not too bad , its not being a bad decision so far tho ?
theessexfox Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 Don't think given our financial position that we wouldn't have taken this at the start of the window: IN: Bakayogo Hammond OUT: Beckford Wellens Marshall
Lionator Posted 31 August 2013 Posted 31 August 2013 Bloody hell, why are you all looking for a conspiracy? It's fine, it will be fine, Terry Robinson is a well respected football man and will let Nige do his job.
