Guest shearfox Posted 29 September 2013 Posted 29 September 2013 He spends a ****ing fortune. He did at all his clubs. At Forest he swanned about the place presenting an air of '**** you, I managed England'. Now that might get you respect in certain quarters but in the Championship it cuts no mustard. We still have players he signed that we cant shift who are on massively inflated wages so why would they leave? I wouldn't wish him on anyone. Not even Derby...?
RedHux Posted 29 September 2013 Posted 29 September 2013 Well it'd be amusing for a time and hopefully it may lighten our wage bill when he buys Miller and Derbyshire but after it would take all the competitiveness out of it. It'll be like the 80s all over again.

The Horse's Mouth Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 McClaren, blimey me. HHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
Corky Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 Not even Derby...? Would you want your mates to suffer?
iamafox Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 I reckon McClaren's past it as a manager now, why would Derby even consider someone who failed at their bitter rivals? Unbelievable.
separator Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 McLaren arriving at Pride Park earlier today.
Leicesterpool Posted 30 September 2013 Author Posted 30 September 2013 I reckon McClaren's past it as a manager now, why would Derby even consider someone who failed at their bitter rivals? Unbelievable. The idea of thinking McClaren is the one who can lead you to the premier league must be living in a fairy tale. You could say it's like us when we hired Sven! McClaren is a good coach but not a very good manager, fair enough in charge of a small club he can achieve something but in Derby's defence they are a big club.
emmo1987 Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 I'm quite sure o'neill never played for derby. thought it was next for forest i do apologise
Kitchandro Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 This is fvcking hilarious. Just when I was starting to get bored of Coventry.
Richard Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 Was he once a coach at Derby or am I making that up?
Kitchandro Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 Was he once a coach at Derby or am I making that up? Yeh I think he was.
Tielemans63 Posted 30 September 2013 Posted 30 September 2013 Getting Schteve in will end up being karma for the harsh sacking of Nigel Clough. Ex-Forest manager who happens be total gash - what could go wrong?
