Get a grip.

You should try it too.

They let go what don't bother them they don't even warn people they just remove and ban.

Other forums at least give a reason or warn you.

Half of the point of a forum is for people to exchange views.

As long as no abuse is going on there is no reason to delette a thread that is relevant.

I would say odds on our nxt manager is relevant to our club.

Someone has taken the time to make the odds so they feel it is possible.

Thats why it was being debated our choice as members of the forum.

Do you have any evidence that people are just banned without being given a reason why?

I don't think it's relevant as we currently have a manager who isn't close to leaving, but that wasn't the point I was making. Lee was throwing a hissy fit about his thread being deleted and had a rant about how the mods are power crazy and are favourable towards certain people, which is completely unjustified IMO.

Hasn't Burnley drawn their past 6 out of 7 games? They're still top 2.

Results have been kind to the top three, when we have all dropped points, but watch out for derby they are right on our tails lol

**** me cannot people raise concerns about our recent performances.

Nobody is calling for Pearsons head, just very concern that we could do what we did last season all over again.

Wether we are third or 13 th the performances as a whole in December we have been poor, as individuals and as a team, and there is nothing wrong with posters being concerned and critical, the same as all the threads about how great we are, how we will piss the league, etc when things were going well, so get a grip, this forum ain't just for people who's cups are always half full.

Refer to my sig.

Yes me twice and numerous others.

So cos you don't think it is relevant we can't debate it then??  You don't have to use the thread you know.

PS Are you a mod by any chance?

If not you should apply you will get the job.

Well without the arse kissing, you pointed out they they let a lot go that would be taken off other forums?

For a start you might wanna have a look at other forums in our league, we have a strict forum, do what we say or else.....

And things the mods on here "let go" are worse in playgrounds!!! I'm just not happy about the amount of shit I see deleted by a mod during a debate....

No doubt they bing a lot of order to the place, it would be carnage with no rules etc.... But banning people for having an opinion is redicilous...

Forum rules: If Leicester are in the top 3, nobody can say anything bad about the team or face bans....

When the reason is because people on here want to start and argument if I say nugent is shit or I say I don't like the postman, then if get banned for people starting debates with me! :D

Well I do take a look at other clubs' forums from time to time, and this is comfortably one of the best in the league, in terms of layout and popularity.

The bit about people facing bans for criticising the team simply isn't true. There's loads of criticism of the team on here, some justified, some completely OTT, and you only have to look on General Chat to see that completely contrasting views are allowed.

I've said my piece now, but in my mind the mods do a very good and very underrated job on here.

My issue wasn't with the thread itself, as I've said.

And no I'm not a mod, nor would I want to be. Too much work on top of uni.

Yes, re the league then about right.

December 2009 (Championship, Pearson), we won 2/4 and they were against both Sheffield sides.

December 2010 (Championship, Sven), we won 1/5, albeit before that majestic January-mid February

December 2011 (Championship, Pearson spell two), we won none from five!!

December 2012 (ditto), we won 2/6!

Last reasonable December we had from recent memory (without looking it up) must have been League One in 2008.

QPR have been up & down in form for a little while

Burnley have hardly won for ages.

We had 1 very poor performance against Forest, a better but still not good enough performance at Brighton, where many, many teams will lose

Then against Burnley we put a lot right, we created enough clear chances to win 3 games & on another day would have gone in 3-0 up at halftime, second half when they improved we still created a lot... The draw was disappointing as we so easily could have won.

QPR next up, if we're at our best we should get a result & keep in touch ahead of the busy round of christmas & New Year fixtures.

Hardly a crisis, in fact we're tracking well, well, well above almost everyone's expectations & still the negativity presides.

The cycles this site goes in never fails to amaze me. It literally hasn't changed in about 5 years.

Are you sure you weren't banned for just being a bellend? That's what most people seem to get banned for. Then they learn to stop being a bellend and deliver their views in a reasonable manner and they don't seem to get banned any more.

Didn't moosebreath used to get banned loads. He still post ridiculous shit but he's not a twat about it.

Only 5 try 10.

The only difference now is you can spel rong and not get battered for it.

Thats the only improvement in my eyes

Some aspects are worse.

Bellend or not you missed the point.

That being people get banned and posts removed without warning.

I have never abused anyone on here unless they have abused me first.

And don't call people names without provocation.

But you praps think your better than the rest of us.

Bit presumptuous.

I think you should get a reason for it tbh. I don't know the process behind banning someone but I assume a mob will just search/click on them and there'll be an option on their profile to ban them. It seems like it wouldn't be too hard (considering the amount of work Mark puts into this site) to enter the reason for the ban and have it email/private message that user or have it display if they try and log in again. Same with removed posts, if they could just select from a drop down of (offensive/not relevant/spam/etc) it would at least let people know why.

Good point Wookie, I agree.

Although I don't overrule people's opinions either. I mean, I think Nige is great and doing a good job here but if someone disagrees then it's their opinion which they are entitled too. Yeah it get's boring when it's constantly on here, but that's what a forum is about. At the end of the day, we are all Leicester City fans.

Criticism stops complacency, so is it not a good thing? To me, yes, when and where it is deserved. Some people don't like it on this site, and that is pathetic.

Too right DT

Also lets you know what your customers want or like.

The bit that makes me laff on here is people saying this is a shite thread or close this thread cos they don't like it.

No if you don't like it don't open it.

I don't like the sheep or the trees will I watch them on TV NO unless they are playing us.

Point on Saturday then win the 2 home games. We'd have be in 46 I believe? Which would be 2 point a game which will see us promoted. I know it's all odd and buts but certainly no need to panic.

Agree to an extent, but we are lacklustre and inconsistent at present, look at if it goes the other way, lose to qpr, lose to reading, the teams in and around us, looks a different season all together, but that's looking in the worst side, but not unrealistic, like I say I hope we sort ourselfs out and go back in a winning run

This is simple for me.

Its not where we are in the table. Thats fine.

Its how we are playing again.. thats not so great.

IF we lose next saturday (and it is an if) we would have got 1 point from the last 12.

We need to beat QPR and get back on track

Totally agree col, if we did lose at qpr, I am going to start getting real concerns, not promotion form, as I said in the summer the sides that are consistent tend to go up, and that is what really frustrates me with Pearson side, absolutely brilliant for parts of the season, but consistently, inconsistent, I just hope we are not going into the crisis in confidence time again, and we can show some character and come out fighting, and strings some wins together, and not blow it from such a strong position again, and end up in the lottery which is the playoffs.

Mods, do you actually give a reason for banning people?

HAHAHAHA NO they do not.

My 'Create a Post' has been removed recently for asking if Schmeichel's errors had become a theme this season. That was literally all I said. I then got a response saying I create threads like this at least twice a week, despite only ever creating 18...

They know their stuff those Mods do.

Funny how there's so many posters on here who appear to hate the board, slag off the mods, think the other posters are clueless arseholes and that they're the only ones who can see 'the truth'...

...Begs the question, why the **** do they stick around if they hate it so much?! Never seen such a bunch of pathetic, moaning martyrs in my whole life. There are plenty of other Leicester City forums chaps, if you don't like it here then you know what to do. Mayeb you could even start up your own forum, at your own expense, and dedicate your own time to moderating it? Oh, too much effort? Thought so. Better just stay here and slag everyone off instead.
