I thought Hamilton stopped being a petulant little shit when he left McLaren, appears not...

At least it makes the first corner interesting later!

I think he had a right to be a bit petulant given the circumstances.

Exactly, he lost his chance to get pole at Monaco knowing full well that pole usually equals a win in Monaco... it is very tense between the only two drivers who can realistically win the championship. Any other driver wouldn't be smiling after what happened...

I don't think it is feasible for Hamilton to get ahead during the pitstops because Rosberg will be given the better strategy. Hamilton's best chance, imo, is to jump him at the start or overtake him in the first few laps before Rosberg gets into a rythm.

It's Rosberg's to lose.

I wouldn't be happy if I was Hamilton either.

I don't think it was sporting for Rosberg to celebrate so much and seemed like deliberate mind games.

Theres only one thing to say about it really...

christ, people moan when F1 is boring, which is ALL THE TIME, then something happens and you dont  like it. at least you have something to talk about

starting on pole in monaco is not as much of a straight win as it can be at other circuits. monaco will spit you out if you lose concentration for just one second. if rosberg is to be believed he did so yesterday in qualifying and went off the run off causing hamilton to get 2nd.
bloody evil circuit but makes for a great race.

9 out of the last 10 GP's at Monaco have been won by the pole setter. Only Hamilton in 2008 managed to win it when not on pole in those last 10 seasons..

Rosberg may be given the better strategy, but that doesn't mean Hamilton who is better on fuel and tyre wear can't create an opportunity to get some quick laps in whilst Rosberg is in the pits and having to get his tyres warmed up again...

Plus it is likely Hamilton will be on the faster tyre towards the end, like Rosberg was to give him a chance of winning, albeit overtaking is near impossible at Minaco but I wouldn't put anything beyond Hamilton....

Apparently the undercut won't work around here, so the better strategy may be to stay out an extra lap.

talk about being a sore loser, "just got something in my eye lads"

Or maybe he had something in his eye?

what an excuse, almost as if he didn't have a visor on, tears for hamilton  :sweating:

Yeah cos he just made it up, decided to back off Rosberg so he'd lost all chance of victory and also let Ricciardo nearly catch him so he lost 2nd. Yep make sense!

because having something in his eye would have that much of an impact okay mate, he really needs to work on these excuses in the future.

So driving an F1 car when you can't see out of one eye wouldn't be an issue? Idiot.

Brundle said it would be a nightmare, think I'll believe him thanks.
