The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Wins required from 17 games to guarantee us an automatic spot I think. Or 6 and a few draws. We can do this.
Happy Fox Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 7 wins and we are UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fox92 Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 I said after Leeds we need another 9. Got three since then. Another 6 or 7 wins could do it. We've just go to enjoy it at the minute and hope we can keep it going. I don't see why we can't keep this form going, if the players are confident. Just listened to De Laet and Phillips, both of which seem confident and grounded which is good.
Finnaldo Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Amazing at the moment. If they can pull off another special performance (a la Derby at home/Watford away) at Forst there's no doubt we can get the three points and Watford look dire at the minute, especially their shocker after Fotest when they started so well. No getting carried away but am really enjoying this at the minute. If they keep turning up then we could really run away with it this season.
Pegosteve Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 1.41 points per game to get to 90. Burnley need 2.06 currently they average 1.89. We need an England cricket performance to cock this one up now!
Babylon Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Team Points Played Games Left Avail Points Max PPG 90 Curr AV Leicester 66 29 17 51 117 1.41 2.28 QPR 56 28 18 54 110 1.89 2.00 Burnley 53 28 18 54 107 2.06 1.89 Derby 52 29 17 51 103 2.24 1.79 Forest 47 27 19 57 104 2.26 1.74 Reading 47 29 17 51 98 2.53 1.62 Bit of a saddo I know but Average PPG to get to 90 for the top 6. That's just a line of random numbers and letters.
whitlock Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Id like to think we will be too much for Watford at home. Forest away will be tough, they will raise there game as will most who we play now - we've coped well this far of the season, no reason why we can't carry on. Need to keep grounded and keep on going!
Pegosteve Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 That's just a line of random numbers and letters. I know made sense on my spreadsheet but didn't copy correct. Ill just give up. Apologies
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Is the Forest game defo on? Or does it depend on their FA Cup run? It might do us a favour to not play them in Feb and play em later in the season when we are more or less up.

ThurnbyLodgeFox Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Forest away will be 3 days later if they win (Tuesday 18th)
coatsworthstache Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 I think possibly 6 more wins might even do it. Generally 81-82 points is enough. I think west ham finished 3rd on 86? But that's a rarity. Given that we've got Yeovil, Charlton, Blackpool, Wednesday (arguably very winnable games despite are shocking recent form against two of them), we should be feeling very confident.
