Guest CityFan 06 Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Hoping we get a big attendance tomorrow, believe we got 27k for Ipswich last week am I right in saying? Going for 27,121.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Due to disappointing ticket prices 24000
Larry_LCFC Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Wish they would sort the shitty pricing out for both sets of fans. Having read the Charlton forum, it seems many people have been put off coming because of the 28 quid price tag.

Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 I'm amazed that would put off fans from a London club tbh
Larry_LCFC Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 I'm amazed that would put off fans from a London club tbh Add travel on though and its atleast £60+. I really do think the best atmospheres in the ground come when there is a large, noisy away following to have banter with. Would rather charge £20 and have a full ground including away support. We are always noisier when that's the case.

Bob Weasel Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Charlton have a poor away following anywayCharlton are like a lot of middle sized London clubs, they obviously have potential to be a very big club as people would jump on the bandwagon the minute they start being even mildly successful
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 I have one very good memory of us playing charlton, during the cup run when Craig levein was the manager, what a brilliant day out that was

An interesting fact - their record attendance is over 75,000, albeit a very long time ago!
