isaidno Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Matt Elliott? Nope. If it helps there's a picture if him with the award in the 1884 bar
Jimothy Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 No Few more shits in the dark then. Neil Lennon Tony Cottee Tim Flowers
StanSP Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Nope. If it helps there's a picture if him with the award in the 1884 bar That doesn't help me much cos I've never been in there . Tony Cottee?
isaidno Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 Few more shits in the dark then. Neil Lennon Tony Cottee Tim Flowers Flowers is correct
bovril Posted 8 April 2014 Posted 8 April 2014 I remember that, wasn't that the first month under Taylor when Flowers basically got us top of the league single handedly? (excuse the pun etc)
deejdeej Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Name every Italian player with a Premier League winners medal.cudicini? Trying to think of the arsenal league winning teams.... erm..
Dan Posted 9 April 2014 Posted 9 April 2014 Balotelli is indeed the only one. Cudicini never actually played 10 games in a title winning season, and neither did the likes of Macheda & Giuseppe Rossi. It was a great trivia question two years back when not a single one had done it.

Cudicini was quality on his day but then again Cech was twice the goalkeeper he is now when he first arrived.

Dan Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 I thought Macheda got one, because Man Utd asked for a special case due to the importance of his goal v Villa. Balotelli's the only one so thankfully it seems that that ridiculous request from Man Utd was rejected.
Corky Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 Fairly easy one- Who is the only club Leicester have played in three different divisions since the Premier League was formed?
Dan Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 Don't look it up - who is currently the longest serving side in the Championship?
Jimothy Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 Don't look it up - who is currently the longest serving side in the Championship? Ipswich?
ScouseFox Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 barnsley i think, they've been just about staying up since i was born
Corky Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 Leeds. Correct. I believe (may be wrong) that we've played Carlisle in three divisions too. Don't look it up - who is currently the longest serving side in the Championship? Ipswich, been there for 12 years.
StanSP Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 Obviously don't look it up... Other than the home nations players (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), who are Man Utd's top 3 goal-scorers in their history?
Jimothy Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 Obviously don't look it up... Other than the home nations players (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), who are Man Utd's top 3 goal-scorers in their history? Probably showing huge ignorance of Man Utd but I'll guess at Van Nistelrooy, Ronaldo and Yorke.
The Doctor Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 Correct. I believe (may be wrong) that we've played Carlisle in three divisions too. Ipswich, been there for 12 years. We were in Div 1 in their only season up there, they were in Div 2 when we won our second to last title (at the moment) and of course were present for the Div 3 season, so correct.
StanSP Posted 10 April 2014 Posted 10 April 2014 ruuuuuuud and ronaldo? not sure on a third Probably showing huge ignorance of Man Utd but I'll guess at Van Nistelrooy, Ronaldo and Yorke. 2 out of 3 ain't bad (not Yorke).
kingcarr21 Posted 10 April 2014 Author Posted 10 April 2014 Ole Gunner Solkjaer gotta be up there. Lost count how many goals as a sub he got and he was there a long time
