65RosesFox Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 I think their gesture needs to get a lot of recognition. You don't hear about stuff happening like this too often especially in the Premier League where it's all about money. I have a lot of respect for them after doing this.
Fox42 Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 That's fantastic. I can see our club do something similar ourselves...
Captain... Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 That's fantastic. I can see our club do something similar ourselves... I can also see it getting the usual cynical reaction on here.
Finnaldo Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 I might go, anything for a free meal. Get Ken and the DNO boys on it, free meals for everyone!
Toffee_Fox Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Isn't it just the Premier League away scheme now? all clubs have been given money to reward fan loyalty, Everton take £10 away game prices I think.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 7 April 2014 Posted 7 April 2014 I might go, anything for a free meal. Are Quavers alright? Just one condition...
davieG Posted 7 April 2014 Posted 7 April 2014 I can also see it getting the usual cynical reaction on here. Well the atmosphere will be nothing like the Man City one as it'll be full of day trippers that never go to matches and loads of kids with their Mums. Charge them £50 and sell them to real fans it's much better when there's only 10 fans there as it stops all the real fans from singing when all the plastics turn up.
Strokes Posted 7 April 2014 Posted 7 April 2014 Are Quavers alright? Just one condition...Crisps don't count as food, nobody has ever finished a bag of crisps and satisfied any hunger. Fact
Beliall Posted 7 April 2014 Posted 7 April 2014 Crisps don't count as food, nobody has ever finished a bag of crisps and satisfied any hunger. Fact But they have had a bag and satisfied a dog.
