Benzema - £5 on at 7/2 - got £22.50 back. Rooney - £5 on at 15/2 - got £42.50 back. So I've had £90 back after spending £66 - balance £24.

Dan Posted 20 June 2014 Posted 20 June 2014 Tell you what Lamby, your tip of 44/1 on each group to have 3 games or more over 2.5 is terrific. It's already come in in groups B, C, D, and E. In group A it's had 2 out of 4, so needs one more. In group F you've had 1 out of 2, so needs 2 from the last 4, with Argentina to still play Iran and Nigeria. In group G you only need one more from the last four games. In group H you need 2 from the last 4. Sickening if that doesn't come in if any of you backed it. I really regret not backing that. ----------------- I've had 2 on a five fold. Argentina to beat Iran, Germany to beat Ghana, Chile to beat Holland, Greece to beat Ivory Coast and Algeria to beat South Korea. Returns around £100.

After the 2-2 draw messed the big bet up earlier I whacked another wad on a Bosnia win and Bosnia/and over 2.5 goals. Also lost a few big optimistic England bets. And not forgetting Espania voiding all group bets. OOF.
