We finish above Millsmall and Palarse, It's about time they took notice that we're number one in South London.

One is in the Premier League, the other finished above you in the Championship.

Have a look at the Champ table again, we finished above them again, this normally happens.

Wrong thread mate. The topic of "shit puns on football team names used only by idiots who for some reason think it's the funniest/most insulting thing ever" is being discussed in the "Fryatt to Florist" thread.

Obviously you'd rather support a team like Palace or Millwall, at least Palace are now known for the Holmesdale fanatics and their alright home atmosphere, supporting Millwall would be a laugh, Charlton are just... There

Rather depressingly, most of the highest-rated stadiums are the new, plastic identikit variety - and most of the lowest-rated stadiums seem to be the more characterful, older stadiums.

So, it seems as if people really do want to live in a monotonous plastic consumer-world.

What does the rating actually measure?

Fans were asked to rate the clubs on various factors such as safety and security, transport to the ground, access at the turnstiles, the concourse layout, food and drink, and the view of the pitch. The FSF will feed these results back to the clubs/leagues with the ultimate aim of improving the away experience for football supporters.

The FSF is the national supporters’ organisation for all football fans from England and Wales comprising more than 500,000 individual fans and members of local supporters’ organisations from every club in the professional structure and beyond. Find out more about the FSF and its campaigns via www.fsf.org.uk or on Twitter @The_FSF.

Don't think that's it. I did this myself and they asked you to do individual surveys on each game - the points listed preceded questions about the service at the club itself. They asked you about things like stewarding, programme quality and food outlets.

EDIT: Yes, it's the first paragraph you should be looking at rather than the bullet points.

Not sure that's right. They were trying to gauge how well clubs served visiting supporters with the questions they asked.

I don't think there were questions about how much you liked the ground itself although I could be wrong.

Fair enough, Harry. Re-reading that, it looks like you're right. It seems like they've asked people what mattered to them when choosing to attend a match and got the answers you'd expect re. ticket prices, distance to travel, kick-off time/day, friends attending, decent pubs etc. Then they've asked fans about the sort of "customer service" issues that you mention - and based the ratings on that.

As always with surveys, the findings can only reflect the questions used in the survey. It would've been more interesting if they hadn't limited the ratings to "customer service", but had included issues like ticket prices and kick-off times. I suspect that the league tables might have looked quite different...

Are these tables upside down?! lol Honestly, Wigan, Reading, Brighton in the top 4 and then QPR, Burnley, Blackpool, Sheffield Wednesday in the bottom 5. Crazy. Definitely a happy clappers survey.

"Leg room", "colourfulness of home team's mascot" and shite like that probably accounted for 80 per cent of the marks.
