I have done but Mark has disabled me from PMing him, that is what I am dealing with, I wouldn't of started a daft thread like this otherwise, I am more than capable of discussing this with him personally but when he hides away and does that then what are you supposed to do?

The more you moan, the lesser chance you'll get let back in Grandad. Sarcastic clapping gifs, having a little nab at Webbo & SGLF won't help your cause. I've been banned enough times, but I don't go round posting threads everytime I get unbanned saying it's unfair & moan about it. I just email Mark, give him my reason's, sometimes he has let me off, sometimes he just says lump your ban it's your own fault, so fair enough. Just PM or email him, and voice your reason's to him personally, instead of making a thread. And you may not like me, but I'm actually trying to help you out here.

He gave me another chance and I don't look for the wind ups anymore and just dicuss football in a factual way unlike Manwell. Albert taking foxestalk way too seriously, it's hardly the end of the world not getting to post in the lcfc forum. I hardly post in there now. It's full of what formation shall we play ?
