isaidno Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Safety car bunching the pack up. Gonna be a great finish
The Horse's Mouth Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 safety car saves him again, amount of them have been ridic
Amin Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Lewis is screwed now. Rosberg going to win Maybe not. Hamilton is now right behind him with slightly fresher tyres.
Jimothy Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 safety car saves him again, amount of them have been ridic Can't be helped though can it.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Can't be helped though can it. Didn't suggest otherwise
Jimothy Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Didn't suggest otherwise Well it's not ridiculous then is it, it's just part of the sport. Anyway the reason he'll lift the title this year is because of shit driving by others like Rosberg had just shown there.

Around 5 safety car stints in one race is ridic and I've got no problem with Hamilton winning the title. Button is having a worldie today

Around 5 safety car stints in one race is ridic and I've got no problem with Hamilton winning the title. Button is having a worldie today I'm not being defensive, but it's not ridiculous when you consider the racing conditions, and what happened in Japan last year. Safety first and all that. Anyway Mercedes need to get a new second driver, Rosberg is so incompetent for a top team it's s joke.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Rosberg is the perfect second driver, why would they want someone to compete with Hamilton?
Jimothy Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Rosberg is the perfect second driver, why would they want someone to compete with Hamilton? When I say second driver I don't mean number 2 I just mean the other driver. Surely they start the season hoping one of them comes out on top, not having a set number 1. If the other teams close up next year and are actually fighting Mercedes for more race wins, his incompetence is going to hand points the other teams, like he hands them to Hamilton, and risk the constructors title. They at least need someone who can drive under pressure and not drive off the track at the first sign of anyone catching him up.

They're so far ahead of anyone else they don't need to worry about the constructors as of yet and especially when their closet competition have someone even more incompetent that current Rosberg, there's literally nothing to worry about on that front.Rosberg will hopefully leave when his contract comes up which is at the end of next season. You are kidding yourself if you don't think they're more inclined to have Hamilton win the title than Rosberg, sheerly just because Hamilton has the profile. They don't pay him 120 mill a year to just be on par with Rosberg.
VinceNoir Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Amazing race. Favourite part when rosberg launched his cap at Hamilton

I think it's pretty much accepted that Ferrari will be much closer next year, and also that once you put Kimi in a competative car he perks up and drives much better. And if Rosberg wins a title it increases his profile so I'm not buying that they push for Hamilton to win the title. Anyway, Rosberg Couldn't even congratulate Hamilton.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 No reason for them to give up on Rosberg really, this has been his only bad season with them. But still, you're definitely kidding yourself if you don't think Hamilton is the preferred and is the established number one driver. As for congratulation, they embraced after the race and Hamilton proceeded to rattle him after.
Legend_in_blue Posted 25 October 2015 Posted 25 October 2015 Great race, the highlight being the hat toss exchange at the end.
Brainy Posted 26 October 2015 Posted 26 October 2015 As for congratulation, they embraced after the race and Hamilton proceeded to rattle him after. Only you could think that !
The Horse's Mouth Posted 26 October 2015 Posted 26 October 2015 well he did didn't he? he threw the cap at Nico trying to wind him up, he did succeed.
foxfanazer Posted 26 October 2015 Posted 26 October 2015 Well done to him but I can't help but think he's a massive bell.
Carl the Llama Posted 26 October 2015 Posted 26 October 2015 Hamilton's been a huge twat for years. Anyone who hadn't noticed really should have picked up on it when he started dressing like a shit Dr Strangelove themed Michael Jackson tribute act for the Abercrombie and Fitch generation.
Brainy Posted 26 October 2015 Posted 26 October 2015 well he did didn't he? he threw the cap at Nico trying to wind him up, he did succeed. oh right is this fact?
Finnegan Posted 26 October 2015 Posted 26 October 2015 oh right is this fact? Pretty ****ing obvious bud. I have no particular Lewis/Nico bias but it was pretty obvious trolling. I'd have ****ing leathered him tbh. Not in the clear light of day, obviously, but in the heat of the moment as wound up and adrenaline pumped and pissed off as Rosberg would have been right then I reckon that'd have made me snap. Pretty needless.
