One area I don't think he should face criticism for. 

 

He's phased out Simpson, Morgan, and others. 

Brought through Chilwell, Barnes, Choudhury. 

 

Tactics and his treatment of players was pretty awful. Structurally you could see what he was trying to do but couldn't communicate it across.
