AKCJ Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 Knockaert rejecting the move proves there is no friction between him and Pearson.
Dan Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 No it doesn't. There may be a better move in the pipeline for all we know.
shailen Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 He had been a major part of our squad the last two seasons and I'm shocked he's only played a few games for us this season, but he doesn't look at the same level as other wingers at the club. I don't doubt his talent, but think he needs a run of games to prove himself which we cannot afford to give him. Hopefully, however realistic, we can convince him to sign a new contract because he is young and will only get better.
shailen Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 "Pearson only plays his favourites" really is the most laughable argument I've ever heard. What should he do? Not play who he believes to be the best players? I'm pretty sure the same group would be using that against him as well if it transpired that was the case. Some on here clutch at straws when it comes to bashing Pearson and I don't get why, there's plenty to pick at him for this season other than stupid, sense-deprived arguments like that one. This. It's a ridiculous statement. The manager always picks the best team in the circumstances or it is match fixing. And what is the best team? That is down to a game of opinions. Pearson is paid to implement his.
Dan Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 This. It's a ridiculous statement. The manager always picks the best team in the circumstances or it is match fixing. And what is the best team? That is down to a game of opinions. Pearson is paid to implement his. Spot on. Someone gets it. For what it's worth I don't agree with his favourites but it's a stupid argument.
Danno Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 Seen Knockaert before wearing a fulham top that he swapped with a player last season, so probably just one he got off a palace player.
ScouseFox Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 ain't that this year's palace kit tho and he weren't even on the bench CONSPIRACY
Danno Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 he might just be a big fan of dwight gayle ya never know
AKCJ Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 No it doesn't. There may be a better move in the pipeline for all we know. But he would have turned down a move to a good club playing well if there was friction.
ScouseFox Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 he might just be a big fan of dwight gayle ya never know aren't we all tbf
Soar Fox Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 Who do you think names on the back of that palace shirt? I'll go with 29 Chamakh
Danno Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 might be their left back who's french i think. or could be chamakh.
MC Prussian Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 So it was Wood disguising himself as Knockaert, talking to Ipswich. Clever move - the guy's a chameleon!
jamesmilner Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 guedioura was the name on the back of his shirt . he usually wears swapped shirts when in Lloyds , seen him in many different shirts . last one was an arsenal shirt forgot the name it had .
MC Prussian Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 Knocky doesn't say "No!" No says "Knocky!". (Anyway,...)
