Knocky going on loan - He says No!

I wonder if Mick will persist on playing him on the wing when it's never look like his natural position.

Who knows, but as a member of a team and looking at the team's results it sure as hell worked for us

Too slow for the Premier League unfortunately, as a winger in a counter-attacking team at least.

You can't fault his technique and work-rate, but whenever I've seen him this season he's looked liked he's running through treacle.

I think he could be useful playing as a no.10 behind the striker, but Pearson has never tried him there and that won't change.

Would have been useful for us again next season in the championship. Shame

Probably no knocky or riyad (who is likely to be snapped up) next season. Pfft

Seems unlikely we'll see him again in an LCFC shirt. Shame.

His flaw and the reason he hasn't featured is down his is complete lack of pace. He looked slow in the championship let alone this league.

He's a fantastic player, but A LOT of people had said he could / would struggle because of it in this league and I'd wager much of that is behind him not featuring.

I noticed McGoldrick (lucky escape) has been missing for a while now, hopefully he'll take that role behind Murphy and we'll see what Pearson refused to try.

Quite right too, looking at that league table.

But, yes I think he could be serviceable there, although I felt the same about Gally too

Good luck to him, apart from playing a shocking Aston Villa side he's looked miles out of his depth up here.

Will do a good job in the lower leagues though.

The shocking villa side we lost to the other 2 occasions...

Don't think 3 games was enough of a sample data and I actually thought he was good vs both Villa and Stoke. Abysmal v Everton on opening day granted.
