MC Prussian Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Still a mystery for me why he hasn't featured for us more often - hope the stint at Ipswich will help him getting back into our first team.
Stevosevic Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 We've seen the last of him in a Leicester shirt then. Contract up in the summer
filbertway Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Glad he's going out and getting some football.
Vardinhio Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 We've seen the last of him in a Leicester shirt then. Contract up in the summer Oh I didn't realise that
MooseBreath Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Needs better coaching, hope he gets it at Ipswich
cc_star Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Man needs to play, good luck to him Wish he was half the player he is in his own mind
lcfcsnow Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 I wonder if Mick will persist on playing him on the wing when it's never look like his natural position.
cc_star Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 I wonder if Mick will persist on playing him on the wing when it's never look like his natural position. Who knows, but as a member of a team and looking at the team's results it sure as hell worked for us
ImBlue Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 He has been managed abysmally. Hope the lad picks up and starts to shine again. Quality little player.
Ricey Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Too slow for the Premier League unfortunately, as a winger in a counter-attacking team at least. You can't fault his technique and work-rate, but whenever I've seen him this season he's looked liked he's running through treacle. I think he could be useful playing as a no.10 behind the striker, but Pearson has never tried him there and that won't change.
lgfualol Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Noo! He will absolutely shine for Ipswich IMO.
Soar Fox Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Would have been useful for us again next season in the championship. Shame
ImBlue Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Would have been useful for us again next season in the championship. Shame Probably no knocky or riyad (who is likely to be snapped up) next season. Pfft
Guest Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Seems unlikely we'll see him again in an LCFC shirt. Shame.
Babylon Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 His flaw and the reason he hasn't featured is down his is complete lack of pace. He looked slow in the championship let alone this league. He's a fantastic player, but A LOT of people had said he could / would struggle because of it in this league and I'd wager much of that is behind him not featuring.
lcfcsnow Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 I think he could be useful playing as a no.10 behind the striker, but Pearson has never tried him there and that won't change. I noticed McGoldrick (lucky escape) has been missing for a while now, hopefully he'll take that role behind Murphy and we'll see what Pearson refused to try.

Quite right too, looking at that league table. But, yes I think he could be serviceable there, although I felt the same about Gally too
Guest MattP Posted 23 February 2015 Posted 23 February 2015 Good luck to him, apart from playing a shocking Aston Villa side he's looked miles out of his depth up here. Will do a good job in the lower leagues though.
