davieG Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 From OS Leicester City Manager, Paulo Sousa, is determined to put things right this week, as his side face Norwich on Tuesday at Carrow Road, followed by S****horpe United at home on Saturday. The City boss was hurt after his side's 6-1 defeat at Portsmouth on Friday, but he has the belief that his players can right their wrongs. "This kind of result has never happened to me before and I will do everything I can to make sure it never happens again. We let our supporters down on Friday night and for that I am sorry. "As a team, we must not forget the pain we endured on Friday evening and this must be used as a motivation to ensure that we now get the results right for the fans, for ourselves and for the club. "I am committed to a long-term project at Leicester City, but to achieve this I know we must have short-term success. I hope that the supporters will continue to help us as they have already this season. We know that we must improve and we will." Sousa will come up against his former Borussia Dortmund teammate, Paul Lambert on Tuesday as City face Norwich. He is certain that his side can achieve a positive result at Carrow Road. "Friday shocked me as the team were full of confidence going in to the game. We have performed well in matches against Coventry and Cardiff, and we were unlucky against QPR, whose manager said that we were the best side they had faced this season. "But I am not the kind of person to make up excuses. Friday was one of the worst days of my life. I was both disappointed and frustrated and I have been unable to sleep this weekend with those thoughts in mind. I hope that Friday was just a bad accident and I now want to see a strong reaction from my players this week, starting at Norwich."
Babylon Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 Now we await the hoards falling over themselves to pick fault with everything he said.

Babylon Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 Humility is a sign of weakness! How dare the bastard say sorry, I will accept nothing more than a pound of flesh as punishment for that result.
Dr The Singh Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 How dare the bastard say sorry, I will accept nothing more than a pound of flesh as punishment for that result. I will forgive him, if he let's me bum him!! By the way, why wasn't Hobbs playing!!
davieG Posted 27 September 2010 Author Posted 27 September 2010 I will forgive him, if he let's me bum him!! By the way, why wasn't Hobbs playing!! Sousa wouldn't let him bum him, too sore as a result of DJ's activity in the off side region.
HonradaRaposa Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 Now we await the hoards falling over themselves to pick fault with everything he said. I'm picking fault with what he didn't say. I shouldn't have dropped Hobbs. Wellens is a fat northen monkey, Fryatt is fat and flat footed, Oakley is a dick but the clause Milan put in his contract has my hands tied and Morrison will never darken our door again. Also Neilson is crap, but he's a trier and it was Milan, who as a parting joke, gave Lloyd a 4 year deal.
Mack Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 Thanks for the apology. Now dont let the door hit you on the arse on the way out! Was he also sorry when he was laughing with Bruno on the bench at 4 down??? The bloke is clueless and needs to jog on asap.

AoWW Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 Who else on FT wants this guy to be banned? Mods, please? Sorry, I don't do requests. And if I did you'd have disappeared from this forum a long time ago.
James. Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 He can sing nursery rhymes to the press for all I care. It doesn't really matter what he says. The situation he's in means it is purely results that matter.
HonradaRaposa Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 Who else on FT wants this guy to be banned? Mods, please? What's your problem sweet cheeks?

hackneyfox Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 Who else on FT wants this guy to be banned? Mods, please? Does he upset your love affair with Morrisson & Dyer? I like a lot of what he says, he's a lot more realistic than those who think Morrisson is okay but would probably be better at RB. And Dyer didn't deserve a 4 year contract
Jackirius Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 Who else on FT wants this guy to be banned? Mods, please? I agree... He is a bit of a tart.
Wymsey Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 I agree... He is a bit of a tart. Jam or custard?
Free Falling Foxes Posted 27 September 2010 Posted 27 September 2010 At last: we now know the problem. It's lack of sleep. He's mentioned there he lost sleep over Friday. He said in the Mercury a week or so ago that he'll lose sleep over how to help King become a great player. Get your head down and have a nap. When you wake-up refreshed, you realise you've been making some almighty gaffs.
