davieG Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Glad we're the first to know via the OS like he promised I'm betting he'll turn up at the Forest game to get his ego boosted by Leicester fans singing Milan is a Leicester Fan
Steveiefox Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Milan promised when he does leave us, the club will be in a better condition than when he arrived and he has done just that. We were in dire straits both on and off the pitch before he arrived and he leaves us with wealthy owners, a world class manager and a strong squad. Yes, he made mistakes with some of his managerial appointments but we all get things wrong at times. There wasn't a queue of other people wanting to buy the club and I say thanks Milan, good luck for the future.

Vestan Pance Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 All we have to thank him for is a quadrupled club debt., and we still have the unanswered question of who has taken ownership of the training ground?
Daggers Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 We weren't for sale. Don't mate - they aren't listening. The truth smacks them in the face like a wet haddock and yet they don't notice it. "He saved us" "We were going bust" "There'd be no LCFC with St. Mandaric" Jesus. Never have so many stupid people been suckered in by one crap T-shirt slogan.

Mack Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Mandaric is an old hand at this now. He will suck up to the fans and compliment them and tell them what they want to hear in public, and then do just whatever he really intended in private. As a fan this can be infuriating but overall I am sure Wednesday will benefit from his time at the helm. Good luck to him, whatever you think of him and he is two faced, the new owners he found to take on our club are so far looking like good news, and for that we should tip our hats in acknowledgment.
Jackirius Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 Who cares, its all bout the thai's now!! I like the look of the one in the middle.
coale39 Posted 27 November 2010 Posted 27 November 2010 I like the look of the one in the middle. Well ive been with all three, and I can tell you, the one on the left has got real oomph.
He's not bald Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 I like the look of the one in the middle. She's more of a man than me!
Chrysalis Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 Mandarci gave us ambition, something we were severely lacking when he came, sheff wed in the same boat as we used to be, a board with no ambition. MM's downfall is he thinks he is always bigger than the manager, evident when pompy lost redknapp the first time and when we lost pearson. If he didnt let pearson go then I suspect we wouldnt be 17th now and be saying we are in the playoff positions. The main difference between now and when he brought the club is. 1 - debt is mostly owed to private owner instead of banks. 2 - we have clout in the transfer market again.
Asherz Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 please put your hand up here.. who ha access to the clubs finances before or after milan took over.... no1 well then stfu he has took us away from having no club to having a club with rich investors / owners. now please explain to me what kind of investors owners we had back in 2007..... i mean gee whizz milan proper fooked up with bringing in investment which could be worth double figure millions ...he fooked up bringing sven aswell didnt he i hear you say... some of you actually need to take a look at your self and actually ask your self if u support leicester... coz from my screen here it dont look like you actually care about were the club is now compared to were it WAS! basically in financial doom.. with the likes of heskey and lineker having to put money in

It was the Thais that brought him in. And for the record, I do support Leicester - and have done at places like Hereford, Yeovil and Cheltenham - venues we'd never have visited had it not been for the efforts of dear old Milan.
Babylon Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 please put your hand up here.. who ha access to the clubs finances before or after milan took over.... It's available from companies house, I download it every year from there... so I do for one. he has took us away from having no club No he didn't, we weren't in administration administration at the time. We would have survived, but we would have needed to sell players to do so. (We actually sold many of them anyway). with rich investors / owners. now please explain to me what kind of investors owners we had back in 2007 We have absolutely no idea who these people are, what their intentions are, what they are going to invest or how long they will stick around. What we knew about the people in charge before was that they had the clubs best interests in mind, they were real fans who wouldn't jeopardise our future. i mean gee whizz milan proper fooked up with bringing in investment which could be worth double figure millions I'm sure Pompey fans thought the same. Lets see how it plays out before we start heaping praise on him and them!! ...he fooked up bringing sven aswell didnt he i hear you say. Again, he's done nothing yet. I'll tell you if it was a good move at the end of the season. But, as per usual with MM he needs to make 17 cock ups to get something right. So far he's only been proved correct on Pearson and he ended up forcing him out. Some of you actually need to take a look at your self and actually ask your self if u support leicester.. Some people need to take their head out of the sand and stop being fooled by the pound signs being waved in front of their faces. Lets discuss what a wonderful position we are now in when we have seen some proof of its sustainability.

Steve Walsh... as Chairman... really... seriously... is that a joke... please say it is?
Babylon Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 I'm glad we signed Babylon as a fan Still waiting for my signing on fee.
Thracian Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 I'm glad we signed Babylon as a fan Aye to that. Babs' comments should be fixed as a standfirst on anything "Mandaric" to save us from trawling through the persistent bullshit that's spoken about him. I hope the Mercury put copies around their office too - and post the last one to Blanderson c/o Mandaric's pocket.
Jay Posted 28 November 2010 Posted 28 November 2010 Steve Walsh... as Chairman... really... seriously... is that a joke... please say it is? I seriously hope so... otherwise the situation is much worse than feared!
