Promised everyhing and delivered nothing! the club is in no better position now sence when he arrived. Good riddance Milan you will not be missed!!!!!!!

I know I probably shouldn't rise to the bait, but are you insane? We have millionaire owners and a former England manager at our helm. And this is no better than being nearly in administration and managed by Rob Kelly. Yes we got relegated but ffs

So, nobody else is bricking it that Hoos is going to be our new chairman?

Surely that'd be Vichai or Top? The thought of Hoos as chairman makes me do a minisick.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Alan Irvine sacked within the next few months and NP being bought in.

I can't see Pearson going anywhere near Mandaric for a while.

Please can people show some honesty and not sing Milan is a Leicester Fan, like him or loathe him he never was one and never will be so don't overact. I just think singing this makes us look complete twits.

I don't sing that. Never have.

Plenty do and I don't boo either, not anyone.

Lest we forget, it's F**** we're playing. Sod Milan, support the team and let's beat the scum. That's what's importnt tomorrow, not frigging Milan.

Look at what he has done. Can any of you actually say that in 3 years from when he took over, we would be looking to get to the Premiership just after being promoted, and that when he sells, it would be to multi-millionaires, and we would have the likes of Sven, Kirkland, Bednar etc at our club? Thanks for saving our club, and good luck! :scarf:

no but a lot of people here are being very negative towards MM which makes me think he'll get booed tomorrow. as it's his last game and we won't see him again i think it would be a) pointless/pathetic and b) make the club/fans look ridiculous. especially live on tv. surely that makes sense?

I can't quite understand all the negativity towards him personally. Regardless of everything that happened on the pitch, the relegation to league 1, the quick-fire employment gun and what was often constant bullshit/blatant lying from day one to the denial of sheff wed reports, the man still kept the club alive. It seems like a lifetime ago we had people outside the ground with buckets collecting every last penny from home and away fans to keep the club afloat. I'm sure all the clubs currently suffering would snap at the chance to have Milan come and sort them out. Even if he hasn't spent a penny on us and in fact has cashed in from the Thai boys while leaving old creditors massively out of pocket, he still came in and did a job which must have been financially and mentally depressing, all for a club he didn't have any affiliation or support for. Give him a break now he's gone.

Thanks MM, but now let's just move on and hope the new owners don't shaft us.

Well said. That pretty much sums up my feelings about him. He didn't invest loads in us, but he seems to have left us in a better state then when he first joined.

yep, wouldnt do us any good, lets put it that way ;)

The negativity is mostly in response to the sycophantic, one eyed, dribbling over Milan the super LCFC fan.

I think it's more likely you'll get a rendering of Milan is a Leicester fan than booing and I think that is equally pointless/pathetic and make us look equally ridiculous especially on TV. Surely that makes sense?

stop being so pathetic and personal. i've always thought you were one of the few decent, level headed people here. i've not drooled over MM, i just think some of the hatred (i.e. the numerous 'fook 0ffs') in this thread are really sad. he's not done a great job here but we're probably better off than when he came in. i wouldn't get all loved up over him tomorrow either, but booing him would leave a bitter taste for all involved imo.

I'm not being personal, and I've never said you've drooled over Mandaric but many more have than have booed him, in fact has anyone ever booed him?. If you think it's ok to come on here and pre-empt that people will boo and feel it's necessary to tell people how they should behave towards Mandaric then I think it's only fair someone should state the alternative.

It depends on your perspective and that song being sung leaves me with a bitter taste so if you don't mind if you find booing distasteful and feel you should ask people not to boo then I'll do likewise with that Milan is a Leicester fan song.

Posted

that's fine, just not sure why you got personal with it?

for the record i can't see people singing 'milan is a leicester fan' on the night he leaves to become Sheff Weds chairman.

Just because I reply to you and post an alternative option doesn't make it personal, I hope they don't boo either but I just can't see it happening, you only have to look at the comments on the LCFC facebook to see that he's hoodwinked so many.

As for the song as I recall Portsmouth fans sang their version of it which seemed to please Mandaric no end.

And if I wish to vocalise my displeasure with the way he conducted himself while he was here, I shall.

The image he leaves me with is the one everybody should remember too: The smiling, jocular man enjoying football and loving the goals as Portsmouth stuffed us.whistle.gif

There's lies, damn lies and everything which emanates from Mandaric's mouth.

Exactly. He may have saved the club but he is also a deeply unattractive person. Probably why he's got so much wedge.

Posted

What annoys me is that he's coming to the forest game, undoubtedly knowing that some people who actually believe he's a leicester fan will sing his fooking name.

I appreciate some of the things he's done, but just because we have the thais and sven now, doesn't mean he's done a great job. What happened to Portsmouth and the investor he brought in there?

He's done some good things but the majority have been shit and we shouldn't be proud of what we have done in the time he's been here. He should just move on and fook off to wednesday cause I for one couldn't give a shit what happens to him or them, but obviously, he will get his final curtain on monday and will get an applause and probably a chant or two that he doesn't deserve.
