I work near Covent Garden and believe me I'm not snobby, honest :P

Well easy to go waste a lunch hour and most of your pay buying new togs round that way though I tell ya

i went there once, i came away feeling several years older. i'm happy with my pile in the country (except for the lack of any facilities) - yeah, actually, alex; don't forget your lincolnshire roots when your quaffing champers darrrn the vic :angry:

I could also be making the move down to Landan, fingers crossed.

I have to admit, there is also a significant possibility I may be making the short trip to Londinium in the interests of employment :thumbup: .

Covent Garden is a great spot for eating and drinking, but as soon as it hits 11pm - even at weekends - everywhere shuts up shop!

Soho is just a short walk though :thumbup:

I have been working here since Monday. It's enjoyable. I'm going for French food this lunchtime and to a Burlesque night tonight. I like London

There's a very nice and cheap Italian place near Covent Garden - HERE

Ideal for lunch. Good offers on Top Table last time I looked as well.
