If he comes it will take him a few games to bed in, and he will be off again in a month & half - it'll probably do nothing other than unsettle. The only 'fit' is he's a big name which half the time seems to be the only thing Sven & the owners want - whatever the cost and no matter how old, although this isn't totally fair in this case as it's an unconfirmed rumour

Sven has signed players very capable in this division even good enough for the prem. I don't see many has beens being signed, only players that have improved the side. I believe this is ridiculous but if it did happen he would be more than capable at this level.

He has signed good players, in my mind I didn't really mean it how I said it. What I meant was we know the owners want a worldwide name (to help further their aims in the Far East) but at times it seems like we're linked with anyone for the sake of it just because they are, or more pertinently were a name, regardless of how old they are or in this case the appalling logistics of an extremely short-term loan deal & a settling period.
