whitlock Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Is in the running for the Swindon job. Stringers twitter.
Fox92 Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Hope not.. I haven't got his autograph yet. Seriously though, if he does go then I hope he does well. He is most probably a great figure to have around the club, we all know he was a fantastic footballer, and I'm sure he'd make a good manager.
MPH Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 It has to be assumed that the majority of young coaches with potential aspire to become a manager.... He hasnt been here long but i wouldnt blame him for wanting to leave... dont think we should stand in his way....
ajthefox Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 seems a bit odd to me since he's only been here as long as he has but good luck to him. How long had he been coaching before us, anyone know?
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Chrissy P hasn't done so well at charlton, let's get him back and continue his education under Sven. Love me some more of Chrissy P.
MrSpaM Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 He's got a bloody big job ahead of him if he does choose to go there. Swindon are absolutely fooked

Swindonlad Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Hello, I come in peace. Quck question idea what we can expect if he does get the job? I don't suppose he has been with you long enough has to detrmine what sort of coach he is. Oh and apart from the obvious relegation how comes you think swindon are fooked

Oh and apart from the obvious relegation how comes you think swindon are fooked Well he's obviously a very experienced player and working with Sven can't be bad for gaining know-how. Oh and I only said good because of THAT play off final where your player dived to get the winning penalty after we had came back from 3-0 down!
Bob.For.The.Win. Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 In all honesty I don't really like Didi Hamman as a coach anyway, he hasn't seemed to bring anything new to the table for me. I might be wrong but I wont be bothered if he leaves.

I might be wrong but I wont be bothered if he leaves. How would you even come close to knowing what he's like unless you work at the training ground?

Swindonlad Posted 16 May 2011 Posted 16 May 2011 Thank's for the responses people. Not too sure what to expect if he is appointed i suppose time will tell. Apologies for the dive by mr white aswell still to this day i have yet to see a better game. Don't know where the info about our backers doing a bunk came from, our chairman resigned but he has not actually put a penny in he was the mouthpiece for the money money men. They are are still backing us but dont want to put us back in the crap like the previous board hence why we can run at a profit now Good luck next season and thanks again

DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 18 May 2011 Posted 18 May 2011 Hope not.. I haven't got his autograph yet. Seriously though, if he does go then I hope he does well. He is most probably a great figure to have around the club, we all know he was a fantastic footballer, and I'm sure he'd make a good manager. I agree. It's a shame if he does go though, as he may have been a possible future manager for ourselves. Good luck to him, if he does go.
Itsthejoeker Posted 20 May 2011 Posted 20 May 2011 Di Canio has the job, looks like this isn't happening
MrSpaM Posted 20 May 2011 Posted 20 May 2011 Di Canio has the job, looks like this isn't happening I was just about to say if people just took the time to do a bit of research on the bbc website it blatently says on there that Di Canio has been given the swindon job. Swindon havnt been in contact with Leicester at all about Didi's move.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 5 July 2011 Posted 5 July 2011 Stockport? Yes, not Swindon. No, just beer I see what you did there.
One Arm Babba Posted 5 July 2011 Posted 5 July 2011 Jesus!!! He has some serious eye problem. I never noticed it before but he blinks like an indicator on coke!
John Matrix Posted 6 July 2011 Posted 6 July 2011 didi He must also thank Dietmar Hamann, the former Liverpool midfielder, an erstwhile team-mate of Bayern’s technical director, Christian Nerlinger. “He rang me and asked what I thought of Jennings,” said Hamann, yesterday unveiled as Stockport’s new manager. “I told them he was a really talented kid who could go a long way in the game, and they have obviously taken my advice.” http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/bundesliga/8619120/Liverpool-and-Everton-reject-Dale-Jennings-set-to-complete-1.7m-move-to-Bayern-Munich.html
