  1. We may need to suck up that theres a price drop and let him go sooner rather than later. Sign a replacement that can do the job, and score goals and stand up when humans touch them.
  2. Absolute waste of space in the team or on the bench. Time to move him on in the summer.
  3. If we continue to play 4-3-3 then we need wide attackers that are less weedy than Perez, someone that can be threatening going forward but also be capable of helping them team out of possession. Is Bowen that player?
  4. Brendan Rodgers is going to be a top manager for a long time, and one day he could become manager of Arsenal or Man City or Man Utd etc. He is a bright man and theres no way he would want historic quotes saying he has no wish to manage Arsenal or Man City or Man Utd to come back into view when any of those jobs come up. So he is saying that he is happy at Leicester, loving the place, the people and the project, and why would he want to leave. He is keeping well away from saying he doesn’t want to sign for someone, it’s the smart play for his future options when he has finished at Leicester.
  5. If Burnley are looking at Dael Fry, maybe we could outbid them. They seem to base their team on good strong defence, and signed Tarkowski and Keane, before selling the latter for £30M. Maybe Ginger Mourinho is good at spotting a decent Centre Half and we should take Fry for £10M rather than Tarkowski for £40M/£50M.
  6. Lascelles or Ake please, if you are buying into this inflated market you need to buy someone of the best quality that you can afford.
  7. With our last pre-season game in two days we must be mighty close to having reached our deadline to sell Maguire already. Any replacement for him now will have an inflated cost and no chance to integrate the player before the Prem starts.
  8. Lascelles would be my preference if we let Harry go.
  9. Ain’t Nothing Going On But The Rent - Gwen Guthrie. Only one week to report back for training no and we have done no business in or out.
  10. Benkovic is injured again, so selling Harry would leave only three fit centre backs. So some funds may need to be used to buy a fourth.
  11. Sign him up.
  12. We have got our club back, and players and fans distress at the weird world of Claude Puel are now free to enjoy their home games again. i have never understood fans saying that other city fans should shut up rather than criticise things when they are clearly wrong. Where would the world be if people didn’t push for change when it was needed? Probably still in caves and using clubs to catch dinner. The need for change is victorious and those that wanted Puel to stay can enjoy the benefits too now. One big happy Foxes family.
  13. Hamza is the best Centre Midfield player we have, he is an absolute star. Lord knows why the Manager plays Mendy and Ndidi in front of him. Scandalous.
  14. Agreed Simpson-Morgan was an appalling display. Any opposition watching us can easily see how to get around them, or Ndidi-Mendy, or behind Chillwell when he bombs on. We could get picked to pieces in the next three games against the top 6.
  15. Always Hamza over Ndidi and Mendy. He is more mobile and uses the ball better. Mendy is out of his depth, getting stretched when not in possession and creates nothing when in possession. Ndidi is terrible in possession of the ball seems incapable of picking a pass of any merit. Looked like a headless chicken today. What was the point on playing two non-creative midfielders if they can't even cover the opposition's counter attack. It was exactly the same vs Southampton and Mendy got pulled at halftime. Why is he in the side the next week while Hamza gets splinters on the bench again. Team selection is absolutely nuts.
  16. If Iheanacho and Shinji can’t cut it anymore, don’t we have anyone to promote from the under 23s that can play up front? Or do we play without forwards who can score throughout the club (Vardy accepted, of course). if we aren’t signing any forwards (please please let us sign someone and let Iheanacho go) I would rather see someone from our development squad on the bench instead of Iheanacho.
  17. This is just the sort of thing that makes Puel look ridiculous. Hamza should be in the match day 18, or the first 11, given the toothless outputs from our central midfield this season. Yet Claude the Fraud wants to put him out loan, like Harvey B, and Benkovic. Ridiculous. The sensible plan is to ship out The fodder like Silva and Iborra. For me Hamza is a more mobile and effective player than Mendy too.
  18. Don't sack him and pay him off. Just replace him and his cronies with proper coaches. Make Puel and his people sit on the bench every day at training and watch how it should be done properly. Then after 3 months he can apologise, forego any payoff and slope away ashamed.
  19. Silva is so shockingly sideways-y average, I don't know who thought he could command central midfield in the Premier League. Mindblowingly lightweight.
  20. I am concerned that the Manager doesn't know his best team, the best formation to suit the best team, the time to change things in matches when it's not working (and before we go behind), and how to solve a very poor series of home performances. Passing the ball from side to side isn't troubling bottom half sides, and is neutralising Vardy to one or two shots per game. Thank goodness he is scoring from the small number of chances we are providing him with otherwise we would be right in the bottom six. its clear that Simpsons overlapping runs are worthless, with no end product. Albrighton (like Valencia and Young at MU) is a much better option if that's what we want from a full back, someone with a wingers ability to deliver on overlaps. Kaspar is going through a poor run, Wes is passed being the future now, and Diabate seemingly isn't ready to rumble in this league yet. Hamza C played very well, and is worth a start next week. Are there any others that could step up from the U23s and take places in the 18 or the 11?
  21. Of course we shouldnt cash in on Mahrez. Don't mind cashing out on several big priced non-starters though.
