I don’t like discussing this as it detracts from our self-inflected losses. Our situation is different to say, Villa who probably have ambitiously overspent. The 25/26 accounts will be a more moderate loss but I think 26/27 will be a blood bath. Absentee owner, hands off DoF and a revolving door of managers means nobody holds players accountable. Also the inability to shift players when they aren’t up to it - so Choudhury, Winks, Vestergaard etc end up staying and shitting up the standards.
