He’s allergic to being direct, like Ayew - plays in a maximally selfish way

We were unlucky to concede twice and we deserved to win - troubling we didn’t really create a chance of our own though. Gifted two goals.

I’m usually not bothered an iota about refereeing performances but that was abysmally bad. Missed so many obvious fouls. Mukasa particularly was pushed, shoved and had his shirt grabbed all game

Had we put faith in Daka over Ayew from the start of the season I think we’d probably be around 5 points better off - not monumentally but a better team with him in it. If Ayew started we wouldn’t have scored

I really don’t know which is an acceptable answer. We have some favourable fixtures, we have more quality than the other teams and defensively we have improved. However we have the propensity to offer absolutely nothing going forwards and put in limp-wristed performances. I’d put it at 50/50 and the implied probability with the bookies is 40% so there is some value there.

Circa 6m on agents fees and a few million on legal fees you'd expect? We'll spend money on everything but transfers. Even when "we were going for it" we never spent much on transfers as the wage bill cannibalised transfer funds and we had to replace players leaving on frees so often.

The PL is relatively fair in revenue distribution compared to other leagues - it’s why Brighton, us, Villa, Palace, Forest, Wolves etc have all finished in a European spot relatively recently.

They were anyway, 02 academy only ever had tribute acts on. Which is probably downstream of a lack of attendance for when acts have played.

Even if the Chang is free as part of the sponsorship deal (doubtful), the club will have to pay the people dispensing it. Completely needless giveaway given the financial situation we’re in. Doesn’t seem like a club that is reconciling with the idea we might have to scrape, scrimp and scrap for every penny soon.

If they actually engaged with the fanbase they could try and run designs past focus groups. Would require some effort and affinity for the fanbase though which they just don’t have. C unts. When a new owners does finally arrive they need to clear the decks

This sort of thing is worse than being shit on the pitch. Without any trite football is more than a game stuff etc they make so little effort - not even the no on the prize front (two free stadium tours wouldn’t cost anything) but the late response says it all. It’s just incompetence all the way down.
