I think it needs to go into detail how the whole culture built by the club has led to this utter malaise. They have overindulged the vast majority of this squad on wages, taking them on trips to Monaco etc and giving them an inside line to higher hierarchy persons above the managers head. The club doesn’t have an outright transfer policy. Some signings are the recruitments teams, some signings are the managers suggestions (or their agent contacts book), some are names put in front of Rudkin by agents. You can have Walsh back or Macia back. Unless there’s a clear outright strategy.
