  1. In Amsterdam currently - shame of arriving on Saturday late afternoon during the Pride parade has been that a lot of the brown cafes were closed yesterday and today, so no chance to visit. So sadly no trip to the English Arse/De Pilsner Club. However, I managed a couple of Heineken’s in Cafe De Watering. This is near Rijksmuseum. A couple of streets behind. Corner pub. Wow what a beautiful place to drink.
  2. It is elite
  3. Yeah but they have a chance to draw one of the West Mids U21s teams which normally brings in a decent crowd. That Baker has dropped level from clubs who have a reputation for paying well (while not massive amounts) speaks volumes.
  4. Won’t be that big of a fee. Just a Watford Rob Tanner releasing a figure to make it sound good
  5. Anyone thought about that our transfer process has gone to utter shit cos he’s fell out with one agent he had a decent relationship with?
  6. Got more important life stuff at the moment and a good job in some ways because I’d be far more raging than I am now. It’s a resignation of our fate caused by those who control the purse of LCFC. That they can’t come with a proactive plan to insist on a longer term plan absolutely highlights the need for football knowledge towards the top.
  7. In our predicament, we are going to rue not going after Corberan. That’s a not a dig at Cooper. Just he was far more suitable for where we are at currently.
  8. The difficulty is once it’s set, it’s set. Plenty of clubs have puppet FABs in place but on the outset it looked good
  9. Because we were playing a team who tomorrow will be sat a desk or working on the tools.
  10. I see your point of view Stan but equally I think what are the club doing playing at a seventh tier German facility when you have a state of the art training ground sitting there and probably numerous Bundesliga opposition with superior drainage systems at their home grounds willing to give you a game.
  11. Just to say personal opinion is that I’m fully concerned at the regularity of meetings. This will only have an effect if those on the FAB make it work. Three months occurance doesn’t see anything come into reality. There’s a lot of waffle here - I question the motivation why the club have left it off the table for so long. To give an idea nearly a week has passed on the FCC, there’s no meeting minutes. If I acted like that professionally for a record meeting, my competence would be questioned
  12. Depends on the club. There’s no true answer. Originally the fan numbers was going to be lower but we lobbied hard to ask for a rethink on that. Us involved within the reform group would prefer something towards Everton’s model which is like a 9/1 split and they believe that meetings are more constructive with a single club conduit
  13. I’ll give you a different look on it. It was very much in the agent’s interest he went Roma
  14. Kee was woeful for Aylestone last season. Having seen the tackle in question I can totally see why the ref gave a red. The second red by Hinckley is an awful challenge
  15. The likely history in which his parents came to the country as well are an example of asylum working to its a proper merit.
  16. What a state in Southport. Pictures of blokes drinking cans of beer kicking off at a fcuking vigil
  17. No I wouldn't say so. I found it very jarring on my first visit. Second visit I head off to Trastevere district and the less busy sights, enjoyed it a lot.
  18. Hinckley - Aylestone feisty last night but the Park won 1-0. Lots of claims about a poor ref.
  19. You'd be right if we are taking about our best players (and they have a recoverable value) but we were spending (& still are) high wages on squad filler such as Soumare, Praet et al.
  20. Not far off deleting X tonight. Perfect example of leaving it unmoderated to then harvest an acceptance of racism, untruths and conspiracies. Utter trash
  21. That become more problematic when his agent was Enzo’s agent 😂
  22. I have a slight objection to that because we achieve success when our wage bill wasn't at our highest.
  23. Wage bill is the answer you are looking for.
  24. You’d seriously damage the leagues integrity with such a deduction. They’d simply be no point in signing new players, just field youth prospects all season
  25. FA Cup this weekend. So ideal timing. Shepshed probably your best choice
