Depends on the club. There’s no true answer. Originally the fan numbers was going to be lower but we lobbied hard to ask for a rethink on that. Us involved within the reform group would prefer something towards Everton’s model which is like a 9/1 split and they believe that meetings are more constructive with a single club conduit
