Manchester if I haven't got it very wrong. The landlords to the very famous Marble Arch

Apparently the issue at Palace - there's about four people who have a stake in the club and they all have differing opinions. Two of them openly hate each other.

That's Beales career done then. Probably one final attempt at say a Pompey or a Bradford.

Leicester City and VfL Bochum - Blue and White Friendship

Btw this has caused Germans fans to mobilise and make their dis-satisfaction known. Multiple games have been stopped with increasingly innovative ways to make that happen. As a result, there is only one private capital investor remaining after Blackstone pulled out. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-02-13/blackstone-is-said-to-consider-quitting-german-football-bidding It's quite an achievement they've made this impact so far - it's fully expected that the ultras and fan groups will keep going. -
Adds up - he lives very near their training ground.

As I said, surprise results happen - and will happen again.

Sutton was fine and then its as if he saw the success of Talksport and doubled down. 606 used to be a proper decent listen but absolutely awful now. Sutton and Savage repeating the same things about each other. There was a time when 606 was a programme targeted at match going fans rather than click bait/hot takes.

Yeah it was surprise considering Bristol City have lost to Millwall and QPR in the last couple of months at home and Saints extraordinary unbeaten run. I don't see people pointing out how well Boro have played against PL sides this season either to chill out about our result on Saturday.
-
Most folk are forgetting a week ago Saints lost to Bristol City which was a surprise. There will be dropped points between now then. Goes without saying they have to play each other which means one of the chasing pack loses points.
-
I have questioned our lack of steel all season - but I really didn't think Saturday was that bad. Like or not, Enzo's blueprint is Man City - so people can snigger at the comparison but that sort of first half happens every so often for them too. Caught out on the counter, 2-0 down and most of the time they catch it back up. My gut is that we will actually show up on Friday night. But I really hope we go to win the game rather than fall into Enzo's pragmatic approach that he can do.

A win or a draw was always unrealistic but let India cook themselves in the field for a few hours. Sap some energy from the bowlers legs for the next test -
I shouldn't but I really wanna go on 606 and have a word with Sutton.

Bingo. This is why I started to lift weights. Bad back. Was all about getting the core strong, glutes and legs strong before beginning to add weight. Physio said your hammy’s and quads are stupidly tight. If I’m honest it got a bit boring at times, low weight, high rep stuff but ultimately now I’m pain free in the back and the weights are going up now with my form better for the low w/high rep work

Next time it’s a day game take a look at the skylights to the roof, all the joints have been liquid treated and the surface of them is beginning to suffer. It’s not a surprise really. Twenty five years is a decent run on the external parts of a stadium. What are we now…22?

Cracking cross today to help put Bologna 2-1 up at Lazio -
No fan of Jannik after Legia away but he was badly exposed at times today from the midfield.

Didn’t really have any issues with his decisions. It was his control of the game and the clock. He wasted time equally as much. He’s always been weak as piss Kavanagh -
Even a fair bit of standing from the Vardy goal

Middlesbrough (H) 1-2 - Post-Match Thread
CosbehFox replied to lnkstern's topic in Leicester City Forum
Genuinely think our midfield was wank today and Boro had a midfielder amongst themselves just as good. We struggled to get the press right as well - which is normally a sign when things go awry with us as those defenders get exposed -

Find Boro interesting in someways. They were highly tipped to get promotion with Carrick implementing a decent passing style. Yet their better results this season have come completely abandoning that way of playing. We were treated the same way Chelsea and Villa were. Massive backhand compliment to us. -

We’d have been buggered without his pace at times today. Bad day at times but stopped a couple of counter attacks getting worst -

Just one of them today. Boro having to implement Dyche Burnley to get a result -
If you go these parts of Europe, it isn’t just those areas signing or that demographic. Go stand on a terrace in Germany and it’s not full of young lads rather a massive cross section of their support base. In Italy there is no terracing, seating only but it hasn’t stopped them being utterly loud

Carlos Corberan is a fantastic coach. But he and I have both learned a new rule tonight. "It seems a crazy one. He wasn't trying to stop play intentionally. It's nonsense really." Brussel here. It didn’t stop you jumping up and down asking for punishment

Agree with all these. MOTMI is a bit of a gem. If you like boozing etc, heading over to Brooklyn I found enjoyable
