Last season I am told only Leeds, Stoke and Cardiff would do it with any regularity. The previous season more were involved including Birmingham. The following clubs last season were £30 plus:- Ipswich, Sheffield United, Coventry, Bristol City, Blackburn, Norwich, Millwall, QPR, Watford and Wednesday. Both Sheffield clubs and Coventry in particular are obscene.

Worth watching Hampton & Bronze's interviews. Quite a step away from the normal regular stuff you see.
