  1. Personally the anti IDF chant personally yes. The Israeli Army is a horrific organisation with a long history of atrocities to inhumane behaviour. The other stuff stepped a line It’s time for us to be adults, recognise nuance and not get drawn into this utter filthy debate that aggressors from either side are doing. But @Samilktray to be fair was simply saying there’s a long history of politics and music. He’s correct on that. Right from Bruce Springsteen to Fats Domino to Eliza Fitzgerald
  2. I don't think people are quite getting the player power side of things here. Absolute joke that an owner is consistently siding with a set of players he's overpaid and that is the root of the financial situation at LCFC.
  3. Horrific mess. Either we’ve burnt a month of the off season to agree a less compo deal or get some other poor sucker to agree to manage us. Percy’s article reads like a dreadful state of affairs behind the scenes. Player power winning again
  4. Them should be the entire league - for example Coventry charge £37 for a comparable ticket.
  5. It was at the very least acknowledged by Susan Whelan. If it shaped their decision making, who knows but that’s the difficulty with fan groups in the modern era. Clubs are corporate companies and it’s all about making your opinion as loud as possible as a fan group.
  6. I’ve said elsewhere the difficulty in advocating for further reductions was that the club were regularly selling out two seasons ago on those prices, so that protects their position. Throw in that the prices are pretty comparable with elsewhere sadly and others are increasing. You are left with the crumbs of trying to advocate no rises more than anything else
  7. Or that bookmakers just effectively price 'risk' until a week or so before the game when everything is clearer.
  8. That applies to King Power Stadium as opposed to the Belvoir Drive Training Ground. King Power Stadium is a Asset of Community Value - https://foxestrust.co.uk/11331/council-re-approves-trust-application-of-asset-of-community-value-for-kp-stadium
  9. It's nothing to do with the Trust on the training ground rather more council covenants and that the freehold is held by Leicester YMCA. The club have a long term leasehold on it paying a peppercorn rent with access rights retained by the YMCA. At the back of Belvoir Drive, there is a YMCA facility and a 4g pitch they have control on. They also have first dibs outside of normal working hours on the 'Dome' at LCFC and you can rent it out over the weekend etc yourself. Alongside that the planning process gets very complicated if you scrap a sports facility with community use, you have to provide the same provision nearby.
  10. The difficult with campaigning for a reduction is that the club will point to selling out at those prices two seasons ago against Coventry for example. I'd assume they will look for a 6,6,6,5 or similar. Top five being Cov, Derby, Boxing Day, possibly Opening Day and throw in Southampton or Ipswich.
  11. Just shows what you can do when a fan group (and others) set a position
  12. It looks to me like it’s an EFL wide thing. Take a look at any club from Championship to League 2. All very similar
  13. Quite literally every game is 🤣
  14. At the very least the existing stadium badly needs TLC. The toilets needed drainage work at the end of last season, the seats are incredibly faded, parts of the roof are leaking (the skylights). 25 years is a decent life span really without major capital on the outright structure. If you visit it when it's empty, it's starting to look tired.
  15. I'd say 5 of the last 7 are mid-table
  16. You really do know you've dropped down a division when you play a set of clubs whom are hosted by cities & towns with functioning paper mills and high Bully XLs ownership ratio.
  17. We have played Watford on Boxing Day with regularity too. Fixtrues like Swansea and Stoke feel like they are at the same time as well.
  18. Fixtures at the end of the season very handy
  19. Positive reviews on the Bear Season 4 after a very average season 3
  20. You have to remember a lot of the games will be the single camera stuff from last time we were in the Championship
  21. The new contract for the catering starts the forthcoming season
  22. I'll edit my original comment. The FCC minutes illustrate the communication void the club have been accused of and examples given how to attempt to make it better. Absolutely zero implementation but rather they made it worse.
  23. Every other Premier League club produced a full match replay within three / four days. We don’t full stop. A waste of cash for international fans
  24. It was mentioned at the last FCC and they accepted rhey were aware of it. And that communication to the fans had to be different. Two months on no change
  25. The mind boggling thing with LCFC is that the LCFC in Community organisation is utterly excellent but it’s absolutely a secret in the level of work they do and produce for the city. They are crying out for people to amplify this message. The main take I’ve taken over the past yesr is that the fans themselves are going to push the community aspect and begin to work a sub culture.
