Depends what you mean by over, if you mean period as a top 20 club, I would say half way through the season before relegation. There was already multiple warning signs at this point, and searching my post history will probably find such posts from me. However football is far more than the EPL and glory players, at this point I would love us to get a down to earth owner, and have a long spell in the championship, as I prefer this league anyway, go back to direct football, proper defending, players giving 100% for the shirt, yes please.

I think the work rate issue is a combination of where we coaching our players (a lot of our fans struggle to accept this) and the emphasis on keep ball in training, likely at the cost of overall fitness, and off the ball training. We have ex players who have trained at before and after the move, most notable Albrighton, who said the whole environment change was too much in the comfort direction.

Form is a thing, but regardless, unpredictably makes it a good league. Its a better league than the EPL.

Protest at the Boro game. Mass walk out?
Chrysalis replied to Pliskin's topic in Leicester City Forum
There is always buyers ready in waiting. Rudkin is joined at the hips with Top, make your mind up, its either they both stay, or they both leave. Cant sit on the fence on this one. -
Well they did show us how to score.

Realistic Managerial Replacements
Chrysalis replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
Prerequisite for that is to replace Top first I am afraid. -
Looking again at Blackburn game, its same weaknesses as consistently had for 3-4 or so years now. Lack of pressing when off the ball. Poor positioning when off the ball. Lack of quality in final 3rd. I expect too much emphasis is on keep ball in training sessions due to a directive from Top, and other parts of the game suffer from it, its been consistent across multiple managers with the exception of Cooper where we became more clinical.

Mind boggling, cant lock in new generation of fans as hard core match attending fans because of lack of foresight to pump the stadium to 48k when we were the talked about club of the country. Chance gone, the ****wit.

Draper retired at this point?
-
What makes you think he is capable of doing that?
-
Odds will be crap by then, have the balls to do it now.
-
They either look for an established EPL big boy. Or for a club on the cheap with potential. We are far from bottoming out, and wont be cheap to buy.
-
Only selling point of Seagrave is a new owner would likely sell it quickly (or at least part of it to shrink it down), so is a quick means of cash. Its probably the first thing I would review on buying the club. Its only value is it will attract youngsters. It has no value for first team squad.

Problem with that, is it isnt aimed at the owner and DoF, thats more aimed at the players and manager.

Force it, even if its only 1k people, its better than the passive behaviour we have now. Message needs to be sent. Also a Top/Rudkin out poll, when it gets a load of votes, link it as a reply to every official tweet. -
Worth a punt.

When things behind the scenes are bad it can lead to relegations no matter how good on paper the squad is, people need to wake up on the ownership and directors.

Top and Rudkin out!!

Leicester 0-2 Blackburn POST MATCH THREAD
Chrysalis replied to Muzzy_no7's topic in Leicester City Forum
Pretty much as expected. No viable Striker and playing Top ball with a Top manager. Top and Rudkin out!!!! -
This is how entertaining games are played. Good football. Passion from their lead commentator, reminds me of why I kept listening to opposition team audio in the Enzo season.

It needs to be way more than programme notes, a signed statement on the website combined with a radio or TV interview. But he isnt capable of it, and likely doesnt care enough either.
-
Season in League one was a breath of fresh air, not fussed if we were to go down, the far bigger problem is Top and Rudkin surely.
-
I remember saying at the time it was a stupid sale, and would in the end hurt us more than the revenue it brought. Problem is our transfer business is largely reactionary, instead of pro active long term planning.
-
Why would I want Top gone if I relished the current shit show? Wait until we no longer have EPL money, and see how stable we are then. What are you supporting? The club or the owner? You act as if they the same thing.
