Mads Hermansen sold to West Ham - Official
Chrysalis replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
He is right though, I dont feel sorry for Mads, because the worst case scenario is he casually is going through training 5 days a week on a massive take home pay. If I do feel sorry for a player its usually because they have a nasty injury, injury risk is the bad side of being a sports man. But no need to feel sorry for someone just because they having bad games or lose their first team place. -
Yeah to be fair every time I watched us we looked awful, was like when we first got promoted under Morgan.
-
So did the manager call out the directors over the abysmal window, and then get escorted out for it, or is another reason?

Birmingham (H) | Fri 29-Aug | 20:00 KO | Sky

A point or better is a good result if we get it. -
I am ok with that providing the wages are not EPL level.
-
Thats the one area I accept it can benefit.
-
The same as what they with the old place?
-
What are the positives aside from status symbol?
-
Yet we have had a player state the problem wasnt there until we moved, and that was under one manager. The place is too shielded from the public, too posh, and is ridiculous for a club our stature and size. Who in their right mind thought it would improve the quality of the football output without putting world class coaches in there?

Mads Hermansen sold to West Ham - Official
Chrysalis replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
They have a tippy tappy manager, and when that strategy doesnt work it can make the back line look awful as it leads to no protection from the middle of the field. -
I wish we had one to be honest, would do wonders for PSR. If we ever get promoted again soon, we wwill need to probably sign 10+ players spending at least 9 figures, cant do that if we keep bouncing off the ceiling of PSR.

Conor Coady sold to Wrexham - official
Chrysalis replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I put Coady in search box to talk about his game today, and this thread nowhere to be seen, just the closed one in transfers. But anyway, I noticed him scolding a Wrexham defender for their first goal conceded, but then was easily beaten for their second goal, that wont go down well in the dressing room. -

Not a great start to his new chapter. Will check the goals in a bit. -
Its an opinion. I am not saying he didnt, for me I am on the fence as I dont have enough inside knowledge to form a strong opinion on it, but your opinion, is that, no expert has come and out and said we audited the management of Ricardo and have determined he was mismanaged,
-
This is why we used to have reserve football, to keep players match fit. Easier to pick him consistently in a lower league, and easier for him to not get injured against easier opponents, as he can get away with pushing himself less. I like Ricardo, but I also respect its a brutal business, and not a chance to praise my fav manager and bash others.

Charlton 0-1 LCFC, post-match thread
Chrysalis replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
LCFC highlights showed just 2 shots, were they been lazy or did we steal this one? -
To be fair the players arent to blame for the running of the club. From my own point of view, the picture I see is fans disconnected from the club as a whole, I blame the club lack of communication for this, not the players. Fans disgruntled with on the pitch performances, but blaming the players, and recent managers, whilst letting the owner and DoF of the hook (as we know on here the majority in the stadium think they gods).
-
He looked elegant on the highlights reel. That confidence to just stop himself dead, which is a challenge to the defender to come and get the ball, defender was in fear, and he just casually passes it. Then the goal. It was like I was watching Mahrez, and no looking down either, knows where the ball is. Enjoy while it lasts, I think he will be gone within 2 years.
-
It was gone when Kasper left.
-
The only times I have heard our fans sing when we not comfortably winning in last few years is when they taking the piss out of their own team, missing passes etc. Usually when its a unfancied manager. Last season we had a miracle in one game where one game managed to get the crowd going. That should be the norm every game.
-
Never understood fans leaving early. He has a point, but I think someone will be having a word with him.
-
Well that comment was aimed at all of the directors as a group, Rudkin part of it but not all of it. Ironically I think the bigger issue is ended up getting nothing for players, whilst still paying their wages because of a refusal to sell for less than their paper value. Players losing value happens all the time in football.

Could we get actually get relegated again this season?
Chrysalis replied to Bevan's topic in Leicester City Forum
Obviously yes.
