  1. ...Scott Parker! There I said it.
  2. Genuinely haven’t got a bad word to say about him. Came in, did the job asked of him. Was obviously kept in the dark on some things and that irked him. He would have jumped at Chelsea no matter what though. Think he will do well initially and get the players on board, as he did with ours. Can see him finishing 4th this season, but may struggle long-term and fans will soon tire of the style and turn on him. See ya Enzo!
  3. 5 years?! Chelsea owners learning from their mistakes I see. Sign KDH on a 10 year next. Dare ya!
  4. If it’s Cooper, that’s because our other choices rejected us. Warming to Ruud.
  5. Yup, can see Top going for Ruud. Seems more plausible than most. Anyone watched his team play? Any insight?
  6. That is why promoted teams often upgrade their players in the window. Whether we can do that this summer is unknown, but I think it is premature to write Enzo off. Doesn't matter now of course, because he is gone. Think he will do well at Chelsea initially. Long-term, not sure.
  7. 2 Year Contract. Get us through this mess over the summer, with a point deduction coming and a big squad shake-up needed on a tight budget. Sack him off like West Ham just have, when we are comfortable again, and get someone more exciting in. Harsh but fair! I don't like him much, but I dislike the Championship more, and I think he knows how to keep a team up and will bring in the players this summer for that.
  8. All hail Kopfino our lord and saviour!
  9. Potter or Moyes if either fancy it. Otherwise, fook knows!
  10. Fair play to Ipswich. They are doing a great job of running that club recently. Little bit early for McKenna to United, so it makes sense. I imagine Potter is going back to Brighton too. Just us then with no date for the Prom!
  11. Weirdly, I actually think he will do OK at Chelsea initially. His style of play was loved by the players here and he has got an abundance of talent with that Chelsea squad, that may actually make it work a lot better. I think he will get them 4th first season. Long-term though, I am not so sure. It's a style of play that can be easily criticised if things start going sour, as it did with us. Incredible move for him personally though, and it really is a huge step for him. I'm pretty neutral about the whole thing, wouldn't have minded him staying, but not that fussed he is going either.
  12. I am getting laughed at for suggesting we could get Potter, whilst people are suggesting Mourinho We need Enzo out the door quickly and someone in asap. Big rebuild needed this Summer and on a budget no doubt. Starting to warm to Moyes for the type of Manager that could keep us up. Dyche has worked wonders keeping dysfunctional Everton from the drop. Not what we want, but maybe what we need right now. I don't want to go back to the Championship
  13. 19th and 20th?
  14. Never liked Moyes, but even I can respect what he has done over his career, and he would be a decent appointment for where we are now. I'd prefer someone else though, but would feel confident of staying up with a Moyes in control. Ugh, still feels a bit yucky saying that!
  15. What are people seeing in Corberin that I'm not? It seems a very boring appointment no?

    Jordan James

We already have one JJ here. It would never work.
  17. I actually think we can get Potter. He has been out the game over a year now and I don't think he will get offered a bigger club. I'm not keen on Corberan
  18. Why don't we let the fans decide. Already a poll on Sky Sports with 73% in favour of scrapping it. Listen to the fcuking fans!!!
  19. Wow, surprised by this as football in general seems to be making wrong decision after wrong decision. Scrap it! Let's get that euphoric feeling back when you score a goal!
  20. Who's going to tell him?
  21. We've tried Rudkin's way and it got us relegated. Time for Enzo's way. I suspect Enzo succeeded last season despite Rudkin, hence why he is requesting changes be made above him. I still have doubts about Enzo, but I actually think if we are going to stick with him, we need to go all in and let him run things how he wants (within budget) If it fails, then it's all on him and we can get rid with no doubt or excuses. Sounds to me like he has a pretty strong vision of how he thinks we can be successful and should be run. I'd take that over any ideas Rudkin currently has.
  22. I wouldn't offer Vestergaard a new contract but I can see why Enzo has. I was hoping Enzo would be ruthless this Summer, but not many Managers are and I can see Enzo's own logic in renewing his contract. Just hope that he will be our 4th choice and back-up, with x2 starting CBs coming in.
  23. Villa is a great move for him, but not so great for Villa. I can't see him doing anything different than he has with us. Will rarely start games, but will have odd moments of brilliance, followed by long spells of nothing. Always liked him off the field, but definitely not a player we should be trying to hang on to.
  24. I think his style of football will be better suited to the Premier League and being considered underdogs in most games. Teams will likely come at us and not sit back, which at times has been so hard to break down for us this season. We undoubtedly need an upgrade in players though, especially in defence.
  25. I think they would favour Potter over Cooper.
