  1. Especially the mods. Unless there's a fear factor of being taken down for being offensive or crossing some line that puts the forum at risk of sanction. t's been said before and I'll reiterate it; if there are rules and restrictions on what can be said on FT, please tell us so we can stay compliant and continue to post but with forethought and not be reactionary or potentially offensive. Mainly within the Gen News Topic.
  2. I'm not playing this until Hinckley is on the list
  3. I think mods are now mostly AI bots picking up keywords that are programmed to be unacceptable. Does this mean @davieG is now a bot with an implant behind his right ear?
  4. I seem to go through phases of cravings. I was once overdoing it with McCoy's salt and vinegar on a daily basis until I got several painful ulcers on my tongue. Currently, daily, peppered salami sandwiches on Aldi tiger bread with ice cold lemonade.
  5. Gut feeling having read and followed the Bruckner court appearances and convictions, and the profiling of him, it seems likely he's culpable. But until a body is found and DNA analysed, I think it's all going to come to nothing, again.
  6. I wasn't being pedantic BTW. I just felt that you might have misconstrued the word.
  7. No need to edit based on this, except maybe the bit in bold: To "violently object" means to oppose something with intense, physical, or strong emotional force, often involving great energy, destructive behaviour, or a fierce, unyielding manner. The expression signifies a very strong disagreement, so intense that it resembles a physical assault, a sudden outburst of rage, or an uncontrollable display of emotion. Or To "vehemently object" means to express strong, forceful, and passionate opposition or disapproval, leaving no doubt about the speaker's intense feelings on the matter. The adverb "vehemently" describes doing something with great energy and emotion, similar to how a person might argue passionately against a plan or deny allegations vigorously. I think the second example is more accurate.
  8. I assume you meant vehemently.
  9. I agree. But in reality the, dare I say sheep, that follow FB don't have the intellect to actually do something that would be positive for local community projects never mind starting something themselves. It's easier to be a follower than it is to be a leader.
  10. I've seen more being put up in the last 24 hrs. Nothing is being defaced or damaged. I'm not even sure why it's a thing other than a wave of people following social media and joining in. A bit mindless IMO but hey-ho. I am ambivalent. It's inoffensive and harmless. I'd rather this than mass direct action.
  11. I don't know for sure, but didn't the covid pandemic screw them up when all travel was banned and they haven't financially recovered since then? Their investment in their airport retail outlets and the apparent debt they owe the Thai government is their number 1 concern and LCFC comes a poor second. That said, if we are a millstone round KP's neck, why not cut loose?
  12. Not going to get much for £12 mill though, are we?
  13. Back when I was younger, if someone told you they were on the spectrum it meant they were playing computer games.
  14. I once walked into a room full of people masturbating. They seemed quite surprised when I didn't stop.
  15. I continue to be pleasantly amazed at the knowledge, intelligence and intellect on this forum. (Mostly)

Spanning the M42, I believe, not the M6 unless I've taken a wrong turn.
  17. There's nothing wrong with Daphne from Scooby Doo when you're 13
  18. We do support the club. It's the players who don't and they're the ones attracting the criticism and general disgruntlement. I agree we all should be supportive where it's right to do so, but we should also reserve the right to be critical, angry and frustrated when we see our club constantly being failed by the owner and the board. Also, you can't say "no matter what". Otherwise people like Ginetta hold an undeserved influence by the hierarchy because as long as those people feel reassured by what the LCSC spout, they won't listen to the rest of us.
  19. Only with @Libertine. The rest were "observers".
  20. And scroll back over the pages and it reveals a person out of touch even back then
  21. Cliff Ginetta - Page 4 - Leicester City Forum - FoxesTalk
  22. Yep. That's a decent precis of the statement,
  23. Ginetta's tongue must be licking Rudkin's tonsils from the ass upwards
  24. That statement has certainly outed the happy clappers. Do you work to achieve success or just accept that failure and mediocrity is the norm
  25. He's barely worthy as a high profile businessman. I would bet there's many, many skeletons in his closet. As POTUS and the most powerful man in the free world, he is uniquely unqualified. He has no qualifications in general politics, world politics, the political history of America, the political history of Europe never mind the long struggles in the history of Russia and the recent (in historical terms) breakaway countries that have, like Ukraine, become independent. Putin hates this, Trump only sees a business deal. His only standout is his ego and his paranoid narcissism.
