  1. It's not. He can and does make costly mistakes, poor kicking, OK a good shot stopper but doesn't command his box enough on opposition crosses/corners. I'd take him above Ward every day but I don't think he's a strong enough character to be hounding his defenders when they fvckk up.
  2. Agreed. He's OK but not PL as we saw last season. Agreed, he had a terrible defence in front of him but apart from being a good shot stopper I felt his willingness to come for crosses was a big weakness for a GK. West Ham will ditch him if his performances are costing them. Then what? Wrexham?
  3. He's a bit Danny Stolarczyk
  4. I get the impression that the whole team have been told to acknowledge the fans every game.
  5. Until that free kick
  6. I rushed back from the garden centre to watch this which means I've seen a bunch of pansies twice
  7. I assume they assumed Stol would hold it or push it wide

On the subject of vets bills, we had to have our elderly cat euthanised a few months ago' It was a Saturday night. The nearest out of hours emergency vet was in Leamington. Frantic dash with a cat howling and gasping his last.. The cost? £350 for examining, diagnosing and then the meds to end his life. I could have told the vet the cat needed no diagnosing, he was 17 years old and dying before my eyes. That's Medivet for you.
  10. He an actor. He has to act. It made me laugh when I watched it.
  11. They're probably "travelling".
  12. Is this where Soulsby got his idea for the future multifunctional space?
  13. I'd imagine you'd need to put in a vice or similar to hold it in place, risking deforming the bullet or the casing or both. Maybe he used an indelible pen.
  14. Why are so many BMW drivers always late for something?
  15. I dislike rashford and he's shown me why. That penalty will reinforce his belief that he's better than he actually is.
  16. So much more front footed and progressive. I'm liking this but I wonder how we'll fare against Spain, France, Portugal, Croatia. Not so concerned if we are against Germany or Italy in the finals.
  17. My bad. I got my nations mixed up Of course I knew Galatasary are Cypriot
  18. Serbia is a lovely place for a trip. The people are friendly and hospitable. Football supporters.. not so much. A bit like Galatasary. Greece and the people are lovely. The Gala supporters however are very hostile towards any opposition, although they are probably the same friendly people you might encounter as a tourist
  19. So should there be a seeding system whereby the lesser teams have to go through a qualifying stage of their own before reaching the main qualifiers? It seems rather pointless that the likes of the bigger national teams are pitted against Andorra or lichtenstein who are realistically unlikely to get to the group stages.
  20. I wonder if their fans looked at us with the same envy when they were in the Championship and we were in the Champions League?
  21. There are a lot of cafés that's true. I think there are no more charity shops than any other provincial town, it just seems a lot in Hinckley because they're almost all situated on the main shopping street and quite close together.
