Great to see this. As someone who lives abroad, it’s incredibly frustrating to have to jump through so many hoops to get a ticket when i’m over. A season ticket holder sorted me out this year but the amount of information needed to go to the game with my mate, was more than they asked for me to get on the plane. There’s nothing i love more than getting to games when i’m home but it just feels criminal to have to fork out £70 on a membership that doesn’t guarantee me a ticket anyway.

I think the key thing a lot of people are missing, is that if ipswich win. There’s a very good chance their better players lose faith and try to leave in january. Not really. We were conceding from just about any set piece we gave away. The memo was to get someone to deal with that. He was absolutely what was required but it was a short sighted view and again one, where Brendan was pointing the fingers at his players ability to deal with this rather than his poor defensive coaching. but fwiw, I think he’s more than capable of being a success here. in fact i’m sure he would have been if enzo had chosen him over vesty.

I think Daka needs a run of games before we decide. A daka after 10 straight games could be completely different. I think he was a little unlucky yesterday, tried a few things that didn’t come off but on another day would. The chop to lose their defender when through was actually very good, but the extra awareness that there was a covering player was what was lacking. He attempted a few flick ons or back heels, some came off, some didn’t (the one in the first half stood out for the wrong reasons… and one in the second for the right ones). I’d like to see how this link up play would develop with more time on the field.

If he hasn’t already, the lad needs to make sure he humbles himself. Definitely thought he’d made it before achieving anything in the game … a very chelsea mentality. He has the talent but he’s miles away from kdh in ability right now and the reason is probably because kdh has gone out and played football. Should be chuffed to bits to get a loan to any championship club next year

I wonder if somwhere in the workd, Potter is sat kicking himself that he didn’t take our offer. We would have been a fairly easy way to rebuild his profile. Obviously enzo has done fantastically but i think we are also where most people expected us be irregardless of who was at the helm.

all it would take to derail ipswich is a mid table prem side to swoop in for mckenna. I think at this stage he’d take a job at someone like palace over the gamble of gaining promotion.

probably truth in this. I think if he didn’t have the connection with our club and his father he would be the same with us. I think your problem and our problem, is that Top wants to be hands off. We didn’t look at 4 marescas, we looked at maresca and people like parker.. we just won the coin flip. i’m sorry this is happening to you.

i’m trying to work out if there were more complaints about JJ or Doyle 🤔 They both have strengths that the other doesn’t possess. I do think the team has felt more solid at the back with justin than it did with doyle… but we also feel less creative. There were some glaring holes when doyle was in the side.

it feels like a sliding doors moment where we have to move on to the future of the club. Its bloody hard to find a good striker and we could well be sat on one. He just needs some consistent game time, then we can make a real decision

Is it safe to bring this back out? Is there time for us to make him part of our plans! He seems to fit what we are creating, maybe these injury’s can give enzo a chance to reconsider his stance. Honestly, 6 months of him banging in goals and he might hit the premier league and show the potential we thought we were getting.

I think it’s the manor of Leeds’ wins that make people react like this. They seem to either blow a team away or drop points. Whereas we are far better at grinding out results. Which in truth, is exactly what you need. our last few years are evidence of that. If your team has no real character to scrap for a win during a bad day, then you won’t win the league.
