It’s a bit odd that if the club is looking for loans that we are still not able to get it done until the final day. i get that occasionally there are domino effects but not with every single deal. Half the time our last minute deals are for players that were available Jan 1st. Realistically we won’t have a manager in before the deadline and will need to just sign a striker upgrade on what we have.

Got to feel sorry for them and it is all very familiar. When your hard work gets pulled a part bit by bit it’s increasingly difficult to replace and match your own ambitions. They are targeting the wrong type of replacements or at least it looks that way. But that’s largely because they need an instant success.

Rudkin obviously has to take blame for a lot that’s gone wrong, but my lord, working for someone as clueless as top must be ridiculously tricky. We all assume he’s a hands off owner but if he actually is giving his input, no wonder we’re getting everything wrong. He’s clueless, delusional and just came across as stupid. The drunkest guy in the pub has more of a grasp on what’s going wrong at the club than the owner ffs

I mean left field would be nice. I’d be very surprised if we didn’t take the more obvious options. I personally think we can afford to be a little brave. Because the likelihood is, even a poor manager should be able to drag this crop to safety. I don’t think a stop gap should be an aim. But we do need a certain personality type who will not be afraid to disrupt the status quo.

I’ve already paid for a ticket in one of the lottery’s but if it got boycotted and I didn’t get a refund id be perfectly happy. living over here I don’t get the opportunity to go to games, so unfortunately I couldn’t resist getting a ticket. I actually think if a club is brave enough to boycott it would be a historical pivot moment in this whole damn thing. Everybody has been caving and it would be a real turning point to actually have a rebuff like that and I think everyone would follow suit.
