Threads doesn’t feel like it ever got going. Whilst it looks nice, it floods my feed with some utter guff. Twitter could be the next social media platform to go the same way as MySpace.

Wife's 50th is next year... Sint Maarten, we love, or Curacao?

I think Mauritius is better than any Caribbean island -
arry Winks, current player of Leicester City, is on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur. The London club, which already met Winks during his training phase and in his first professional seasons, is determined to bring back the Englishman. Tottenham would be willing to pay 38 million euros for his return, taking advantage of the solid season that Winks is living under the orders of Steve Cooper. The footballer, who arrived at Leicester City from Sampdoria last season for an amount of 11.6 million, has proven his worth in the Premier League, becoming a fundamental piece in Cooper's scheme. With his vision of the game, distribution capacity and ball recovery, Winks has gained prominence in the Leicester City midfield, and his performance has attracted the attention of his former club. After a couple of years of difficulties in adapting to Tottenham's first team, his growth and maturity in the Premier League have revealed his potential. The return of an old promise. For its part, Tottenham is looking to reinforce the midfield with quality players, and Winks seems to be an ideal option. Despite the fact that his role in the London team was limited in recent years, his return could bring balance and dynamism to Tottenham's center of the field, something that the team has needed after some ups and downs. The value of 38 million euros that the London club is willing to disburse reflects confidence in the player's potential. However, Leicester will not let him go easily. The English midfielder has been one of the pillars of the team, coach Steve Cooper wants to keep him at all costs. With Tottenham's offer on the table, Winks' future could be determined in the coming weeks, with the "Spurs" looking to take advantage of the opportunity to re-enish one of their own talents.

So, Biden has sanctioned the use of long range missiles for Ukraine against Russia then. Is this going to escalate further then?

You didn’t miss a lot mate. I woke up and realised it was on, so caught round 2 onward. Tyson basically treated it like a defensive sparring sessions.
-
Tyson landed more shots in the press conference.

It worse that Paul hasn’t knocked out a near 60 year old man.
-
Yep, this is more than anything, a poor reflection on a flat track bully.
-
By the time Tyson fought Holyfield and Lewis, he wasn’t the same person, he wasn’t as ferocious as the rough, horrible, aggressive in your face boxer. 25 years on from that he looks like a grandfather. Which is basically what this is.

1 goal in 15 appearances this season. 23 goals in 44 appearances last season. 7 goals in 42 appearances the season before. His overall tally is 55 goals in 225 games. 0.24 goals per game in a far inferior league. He’s like a Greek Michu. Vardy is 0.42 goals per game. Daka is 0.39 goals per game. Cannon is 0.45 goals per game. Edouard is 0.35 goals per game. Then you look at our other ex players…. Iheanacho is 0.28 goals per game. Perez is 0.24 goals per game. Slimani is 0.35 goals per game. Hirst is 0.24 goals per game. Ulloa was 0.32 goals per game. Musa is 0.24 goals per game. Kramaric is 0.48 goals per game. Fuctas was 0.31 in some dodgy leagues! At £30m, this fella would have been getting the Foxestalk scapegoats tag!

I think it’ll be early January personally.

Is it fair to say People support the club but dislike the brand that we have become? Football at its heart is a very simple game. In fairness to FIFA one of the things they got right for years in my opinion was to try and keep the basic concept of the game the same at Elite level, as you could in theory play on a Sunday afternoon in a pub league. The slow introduction of technology and misuse of it has not helped fans engage. VAR makes everyone look more incompetent. The rules are all over the shop and they change them every season. Champions League was the elite competition, that was once available to all. Not everyone has every TV channel, so it’s narrowed its viewing audience. They’ve added more games in with third tier European leagues, world club cups, pre season friendlies, nations leagues, international breaks every month, the game is over saturated. The once spectre of a game every 3 years between a Madrid and a Manchester City for example, would occur 3 or 4 times a season. Players become detached more from the average person every year. The game is basically minimal contact at this point, yet we have less flair and ability than 10 years ago. It’s more about being strong, athletic etc The ticket prices, merchandise, cost to view in the United Kingdom is insane, compared to other countries. I can potentially fly to Germany from East Midlands and watch Dortmund easier and cheaper than Leicester. People renew season tickets more out of habit. If every game went on general sale at the moment, I doubt we’d fill the stadium. I’m half assuming this is why the stadium expansion got delayed.

He’s 1% as effective at YaYa Toure, then reverts to his normal self and is less effective than Junior Lewis.
-
I think he’s here until at least the 4th of January now. We will definitely barely be in the bottom three by that point.
-
I might rock the apple cart with this one. However the club are a little detached from the fan base and haven’t read the room. What on earth is this?
