Enzo seemed to give more flexibility to his players at Chelsea, I think that was part of Enzo being a newish manager.

Enzo had a player who had played around 200 minutes in professional football and made him in to one of the best wingers in the championship, I think your being harsh on Enzo.

In 1432 minutes across to loans hes scored 4 goals amd 3 assists, 7 goal contribution around 1 every 2.2 matches.

Only if we can sign him if he does well. We need players who our committed to us longer term.

Character needs to be as important as ability. We should be using a core of the Academy, Braybrooke, Evans, Alves, Aluko, Monga, Nelson, Page should all be heavily involved depending on who still here.

How that working out for Chelsea? You need a blend of both, nothing wrong with experience if it the right ones. We have just pick the wrong ones, look at the impact the like of Milner and Welbeck have had at Brighton. You also need the right manager who pick a team based on performance not hierarchy. The majority of the squad should young upwardly mobile players with a few seniors pros, our balance is wrong at the moment with to many players in the latter bracket.
