Friends is shit

Other than Kingy taking preseason, it looks and feels like nobody at the club is doing anything. We've gone from bring run like a League 2 club, to being run like a non-league outfit

Timely reminder that when we're hammering players and giving them stick, they're just human beings, with their own families who love them. They just so happen to play football for a living. I feel so sad for his young family.

How incredibly sad. Only 28.

I'd say maybe 2 books at a push

Chill dudes, all will be revealed on July 1st, been saying it all along.

Neutral on this one

"We need to reassure the fans that even though we have no manager, the boys are working super hard and we'll be ready for the new season. I was thinking of going with the tagline "Pushing it to the Limit" "Yeah, love it! We need a player the fans love, someone who really embodies commitment and work ethic. Maybe Abdul? Ricardo?" " I think I know exactly who we can use...'

I'd be happy with Brownhill (on a sensible contract). Good player and good character by all accounts.

Raman Bhardwaj has spoken!

Agreed. I said it a few pages ago; managers are like any other employee. If you offer someone more money to do the same job, in similar or even slightly better circumstances, they're going to take it. I genuinely believe if Rohl is offered the job, he's taking it (unless a PL or Bundesliga club comes in for him). Also, the things that bother us fans about the owners (failing to intervene, leaving things too long, being overly loyal, too slow to act etc etc) might perversely be plus points for a potential manager, if you were being cynical.

I like the design, but looking at the badge, I'm not sure the re-brand from Leicester City Football Club to Daigests Cleeh Tubuquerllobillihe is going to go down well with the fan base.

Saw this and thought it was genius You need your volume up btw:

Would prefer Rohl, but wouldn't be devastated with Dyche.
-
However you feel about him as a manager, he was a hell of a player

It's just beyond comprehension isn't it? You look at Top's judgement and it's not as surprising as it probably should be that KP has gone from monopoly holder to the brink is it?
-
Said it a couple of months ago, I know a member of his family and he is most definitely interested and offered his services ages ago. Whether he gets it is a different question.

Weird picture to use to announce his sacking

"plan" Good one
-
Honestly thought he retired in about 2018

Kudos to the club - having no-one actually working at the club to answer the phone or read emails is a brilliant tactic for keeping hold of Bilal and preventing a potential transfer elsewhere. Makes it a bit harder to get rid of Ruud, but you can't have everything. Absolute genius.
