Ah, so not every single employee at LCFC has taken the month off. I hope Kyle the work experience lad has negotiated a decent compo package for us.

The cynic in me thinks if they really are considering appointing Kingy, it would only be a ploy to deflect the spotlight from the owner and DOF by appointing an LCFC legend. Feels like a cowardly move to placate fans in the short term; designed to take some of the heat off them. I really hope it's not Kingy, he deserves better than to be the fall guy in all of this.

A thing of beauty 😍

To be fair, they did announce that our place in the Championship for 2025/26 was 'confirmed' a few weeks back.

Wout to Monaco (loan with ~€8m option, official)
Tielemans63 replied to CloudFox's topic in Transfer Talk
Absolutely woeful. Was hoping he'd turn it on for Belgium and impress anyone watching him, but he's been shite. -
Dream scenario would be the club finally getting rid of Coady, Vestergaard and Faes. I think we're probably stuck with Vesty, but it would be good to get shot of the other two. You'd imagine he'd happily walk to Glasgow if they really are interested in him. It'll be a pathetic transfer fee, though you'd imagine.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Tielemans63 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Still rate the sweater! Sadly, the reservations I had before he signed were pretty much all borne out. To me, and probably most people on here, it was pretty clear he was not the right man for a relegation battle. -

This is the only thing I disagree with you on. I think the majority of fans could see that RvN was a poor choice from a mile off. Nothing on his CV suggested he was what we needed at the time.

I think also, people overestimate what some managers look for when moving. Some will do their due diligence, but I'd bet a lot more will move for economic reasons and worry about the rest when they arrive. I don't think football managers are too much different from the Average Joe; if someone is offering you more money to do the same job, you're going to be tempted aren't you? Same with footballers. KDH knew (we all knew) he'd play a few Europa Conference games for Chelsea at best, but he's getting paid more to actually do less. I genuinely don't think that many managers think too much about their long term reputation as its such a precarious career. In other words, if we're offering Rohl a significant payrise, I don't think he'll care too much about PSR and the other issues....he'll make do.

I'm holding on to this

What a coup!

Got absolutely twatted by Enzo twice last season. Was outwitted by Cooper earlier this season. What the **** are Top and John thinking if they really are about to appoint him. Total madness
-
I really, really hope not. Bet they can't believe what they're seeing down on the south coast, as we employ another of their cast-offs. It's ****ing embarrassing
-
No offence, mate, but I think this is a dangerous attitude to take. I don't think we should accept mediocrity (Martin) just because it's not total shite (Ruud). Southampton have attracted Will Still from Lens, why shouldn't we be more ambitious and go for Rosenior from Strasbourg, or even Rohl from Wednesday (not even particularly ambitious)? Obviously we have total morons running this club, so a well-thought out and ambitious appointment won't happen.

Another KP abomination I'd forgotten about. That was ridiculous. It's like we look for recent failure as a prerequisite when looking for a new manager.
-
"Has a family issue'" Yeah, he's off, isn't he? That's not even hiding it well.

They dressed identically, it's weird. Just give them a couple of stools and a pair of microphones
