They gave the same start date for when Poch joined them last season, I wouldn’t read much into it, I imagine it’s some way of navigating certain financial rules.

He’s blown up for genuine fouls so far? Only one that was questionable was the dive by Kovacic outside his own box. I’d say the lack of flow comes more from two teams who are struggling to get any rhythm going in their play. Its not great from either team atm. -

Who seriously sits there and thinks yes, Sam Matterface is exactly the voice we need for the biggest international games. -
We were getting ready over the weekend to book a week in Estepona in September, done fairly cheaply as well to fall in line with the Wedding savings pot. Invite gets extended to her sister and sisters boyfriend. -Can’t fly at that time -Got to have a 20k check-in instead of two 10k carry ons -Need extra leg room -We should hire a car instead of transfer -Why doesn’t the accommodation have a pool? -Isnt there anywhere more central to stay? Just leave me at home please

Good going that’s some pace! The strength work makes a world of difference. -
I can imagine many on here are of adult age, so you can see the funny side that people are throwing their toys out the pram, banding around childish insults and losing their minds over a potential appointment, that would largely make sense from a number of angles

Man City supposedly have some backing from prem clubs, I imagine we will be one of them? I get the impression, they know they are about to get some ridiculously heavy punishment (I’m all here for it). The legal case against the prem, De Bruyne and Pep already making noises about being off at the end of year, could they be in the know of some severe punishment.

First run back at my club for nearly 3 months following shin splints, was all ready for a steady 8k around the town, 11k later through fields and the trails I was happy to see how well I held up -

Which ones MI5?

This is a car crash already, she’s lost control, both sides speaking bollocks, taking digs at each other rather than actually answering the question, why bother?

I knew I'd be too late to get this in first

I might protest with them, trying to sort a Spanish holiday that isn’t like Britain in the sun these days is painful. If I go to Spain I want to get away from you lot, drink my Cerveza and eat my Paella without having to listen to a Scouse or Geordie accent for several days

He’s literally just taken the staff that came in with him, which for me is a massive positive. It means Chelsea will have paid off their contracts and we will have received some further compensation. Whoever comes in next gets a say in building their own team around them rather than having a few members of the old guard stinking the place out because they didn’t get their moves, and us having to potentially fork out to terminate their contracts. Stop looking for doom and gloom in everything.

I imagine he will be signing it ASAP before anyone gets a foot in the door because it secures his pay and short term and future in a place he’s previously stated his family are very happy at.

Please tell me there's nothing on Struber, the blokes one of the biggest frauds going in the game, as incompetent as they come, and a bit of a d!ck. We'd do well to stay well clear.

Demands every ounce out of everyone on and off the field, has high standards, un-relenting, lives and breathes the game, will look over every small detail, even down to the font and text size on a training report. I don't know if he's who I would want, but I reckon he could be who we, as a club, need.

He could be back in with Enzo out the door.

Can't say I'm deflated. I think the underlying feeling was that he wouldn't be here too long, from his comments regarding the fans, to seemingly not being informed about the financial situation we find ourselves in. Yes he did a job last season, but £8-10m in the bank, his staff going with him, a month to go until we're back in, it's as close to a dream scenario as you can get when you lose a manager. The only thing that concerns me is the club continues to be in this phase of transition, Maresca was at least a contribution towards some stability, but we've been forced to twist so lets see what comes next.

No new Tom Fellows rumours yet?

Today sums up what we have seen from Leeds all season, all talk but they just don’t deliver. It’s been the story of the season, if August didn’t happen, if Leicester didn’t have such a good start, if Ipswich weren’t so lucky, they’ve spouted the same shite all year! Beautiful!
