  1. Levitate over Russell I think
  2. Unless I'm missing the point here, but Brownhill was 25 and had played over 200 league games before he joined Burnley, so not sure he really had much of a hand in developing him.
  3. Yeah I'm not an emotional man (ask my wife!) but playing Pet Sounds and God Only Knows just came on....I'm in bits. RIP Legend.
  4. First Sly Stone now this. Damn
  5. Christ even our bunch of muppets took 4 points off Spurs last season. That alone should have got him the sack.
  6. Top probably looked at him and went nah his football is too boring even for me.
  7. Indeed. I think the days of them being able to attract truly elite players has gone (for now) but for the levels below that, they are still a massive draw. Wages, endorsements, social media clicks. All the stuff your modern, young footballer seems to value very highly.
  8. Even better in 'Whistle Down The Wind'.
  9. They look lush. Bought.
  10. Just nice, comfy TV. Love it. Although I think I've got a bit of a bro crush on Tucci. Just one cool dude.
  11. You'd hope if they had a plan that they'd be thinking long term to move to more of a homebred model in the future. Dunno if that is in their thinking though.
  12. They certainly spray the money around on their bloodstock purchases....that one today cost a cool 250k as a yearling. I don't think they get much of a return relative to outlay. Sounds familiar....
  13. Tom Cannon score? That's a stretch unless we're gonna be giving a few pens away.
  14. Touched the ball. Justice done
  15. Nah it will be a signed portrait of the real 🐐 King Rama X of Thailand.
  16. The 2nd series of Andor is rather brilliant so far. Episode 8 in particular is superb.
  17. All of this really. Tbf I like many was not a fan up to the last 2-3 months as his preferred style of football was mind numbingly boring. However I have been pleasantly surprised how he has shown flexibility to adapt that style more recently, to become more direct and dynamic at times. Still can't set a team up away from home for shit though....
  18. Tbf I must be less inebriated next time when posting....apologies if I misinterpreted your intent. Anyone but Cov (...and Sheff U) I agree.
  19. Tbf felt like a release of 17 years of frustration of doing nothing, finally getting to the play offs and knowing they probably won't get much further. You tend to forget how exciting it is being a Leicester fan, with something always happening be it good or bad. You also forgot to put "tin pot" before your dismissive, lazy and patronising emoji. Must try harder next time.
  20. Well nearly fully correct rather than just half correct....
  21. I imagine at 3 tomorrow I'll be slightly inebriated, slumped over a table, having watched Bristol City blow their best chance of getting to the play offs in years....
  22. Yeah bought 2 absolutely useless ones in the summer as well to continue on trend. Agree with all of this. Manning is so negative away from home. Only won I think 1 in their last 14 or 15 away games which is crazy.
  23. He's just a balance sheet line item. He doesn't actually exist.
  24. Standard loss, scoring 0. Doesn't matter who we're playing.
