Okoli the one man defence. A novel tactic
-
Hahaha. These goals have all been absolute cack
-
Dreadful pass from Coulibaly
-
Can't be annoyed. We're just so bad
-
Hahaha. So bad

If Justin had been caught out twice like Coulibaly then he'd get absolute pelters. Plus he got lucky with the pen decision. Some good energy going forward but to have been caught out like that several times in the first 10 mins is very worrying

I think you're conflating the quality with the mentality. This team doesn't have the players with the heads needed to grind out tough situations but if you look at that line up for the championship, you'd have plenty of internationals or guys around their international teams (Okoli) and by far the best 2 players in that league in BEK and Fatawu. -

That team somehow looks better than what we're lining up with at the moment. Probably just because Nelson was getting rave reviews and it means there's no sign of those 2 jesters, and the massive difference Fatawu would make to our team. Agree that you'd need Daka to get firing but people who think a team that has those players in is mid table in terms of quality, are just being overly emotional to our current situation. -
Ah, yours have got those blue lines on as well? Good to know it's not just me

Spot on. I've said the same thing too. Justin has obviously not had a good season but some of the blame attributed to him has been way over the top. Watch him closely and he's basically being asked to provide the attacking output on the right and the amount of times he's left 2 on 1 defensively (sometimes even 3 on 1), and it's embarrassing. That trend has continued from Cooper's time to RVN and it's only the last few weeks that he's had a bit more cover, and surprise surprise, he's looking way better. The problem with that is that it's meant playing BDR who offers absolutely nothing going forward.

2019 Ricardo is any system, and pretty much any position would be devastating. I think people forget just how ridiculous he was. Far too good for us. As others have said, I think his role is probably as a more conservative full back now or as a midfielder in a 3

I watched a fly by video they had recently with some renders in there and it somehow managed to look more bland than the bowls from the late 90's/early 00's. Sure it will look way better when fully done and some life has been injected into it but currently very unimpressed

Might have failed the old light pollution test based on that image.

Pretty certain we'd be extending the goalless run for infinity with this line up. We simply don't have the full backs/wing backs needed to play 5atb unfortunately
-
Obviously no free donut. Top's eaten them all by the looks of it
-
Miles ahead of the others. Actually wants to defend for a start
-
Did really well today. Massive improvement on his other appearances. He'll need to keep it up as Justin looks crocked
-
The state of the reaction in this thread . Whinge when we don't have a go and then as soon as we do, everyone cries that we concede
-
So undeserved. No suprise it's Faes caught in no mans land
-
Odegaard is so jammy. 3/4 times the ball has deflected straight back to him
-
Most organised we have looked all season. Cue the early Arsenal goals
-
He's been way better the past month or 2. Annoying as this is the best we've looked structurally. Couple of quick Arsenal goals incoming
-
2 or 3 times Faes has just completely left the ball
-
Sounded like there was about 3 people shouting we want Rudkin out
