20 million ššš

I thought we would have more considering about 70% of our fans at the ground clap at the end. Spineless fanbase
-
Was in the lake district this weekend, the amount of people walking on the let hand side of the road same away as traffic was probably 70% of people. you are meant to walk towards on coming traffic for anyone wondering. Always the people who have all the gear and no idea, dressed head to toe in mountain warehouse with their walking poles but do something so stupid like walking the same direction as the traffic.

yep we are doing this šš» hoping for a clear day

I don't need one, it's from experience every time, and I have used ones that are more expensive. All seem the same

Flying with easy jet from Manchester

Is there anyone in this forum that is a solicitor? if so, why are most F***king useless and take weeks to get something done that should take a few hours?
-
Yes thanks i had a look at some of those! will explore some of these as three days in Innsbruck will give us enough time.

Holiday to Innsbruck for December before Christmas. (flights from manchester) staying for 3 nights then Zurich for two nights then fly back. Any tips of anyone who has done Innsbruck/Zurich?
-
good run the other day managed 7.8km in 39.41 with elevation gain of 60m. On track to do 10km run at Silverstone under 50 mins which i would be over the moon with. Realistically be happy with 50-55 minutes. Any tips for when to last run before next Sunday, thinking a slow-ish 5k maybe 6/7 days before?

Money doesnāt buy happiness, but it certainly makes life easier

And to think we spent 25 mill on Oliver skipp just to top it all off. Could have gone in for delap or Smzmodics and got change
-
Surely some group can organise a walk out that have a good social media presenceā¦
-
Oh I agree, the fans are as much to blame. Most will clap players off after we lose and have played sh*t. Least some of the fans would leave if we have a planned walk out you would like to think.
-
Nothing we change unless the fans do something, if someone can organise at walk out at a certain minute next game Iām well up for that. Until that happens the board donāt have a clue we arenāt happy as we donāt show it. club is the pits atm

Heās literally score 3 against us and scored about 1 other against his other 15 games or so (in all comps) he has played in

Never wanted a manager out more than Cooper, even our wins were lucky and 2 last min goals from Ayew securing 4 of the points we have. Football is absolute toilet, if TOP doesnāt get rid of him during international break I genuinely cba to go to another game this season
-
We are just so predictable. Oh and forest winning of course they are
-
I canāt believe he is still here. Even v Saints we were extremely lucky last minute and Bournemouth should have conceded about 10. Never disliked a side and a manager as much as this

Has to go now after this and forest result -
Valid point but not as much as you think, we make a whole profit of about £70 a month on our rented property after mortgage (interest only mortgage) agent fee's, landlord insurance, maintenance etc. A Broken boiler that costs 3 grand wipes out three years "profits" for us. A lot of people assume landlords make a killing, Yes they probably do dependant on location and number of properties but i would be surprised if they are earning near 45/m. Probably more than enough for them to put food on the table though...
-
Yes it is a bit confusing, we aren't married yet so that can make a difference i believe. If we are going to get stung will be better to pay the fee for exiting the mortgage as i don't believe there is a massive mortgage on it (under 100k) and just sell it.
-
my partner owns a house, I own a house. She rents hers out and lives with me.. we are buying a house next year together and will sell mine and keep hers still. if it is a NEW joint mortgage, will this be classed as an additional property where we would have to pay an additional 5% stamp duty?
-
Not sure, our record V Saints is actually very good and i was quite confident before the game. This one i feel Can see a distaterclass from Justin/Faes and lose by one dodgy goal late on. The crowd will be well up for it as well
