Agree. Can just about forgive the Club for appointing him. We all make mistakes. But to not see it was a mistake and not rectify it is plain bloody negligence beyond the call of duty.

Almost every back four player has looked ropey this season. Whoever Cooper selects, they just never appear to play as a unit. You could drive a Chieftain Tank through some of the gaps between them at times. They get exposed down the sides and middle through lack of any solid defensive team shape. Think Coady has got the best seat in the house at the moment.

It's worse that that. It's a clear case of lack of communication and/or Leadership. Surely one of those seven defenders would have seen what was about to happen? Make that six as one had turned his back and stopped watching the ball. Pathetic.

Can’t understand why Cooper needs to have a virtual committee meeting on the touch line when a decision needs making. He comes across as a Rabbit caught in the Headlights.

Just got back home and still feel the same. Worst performance of the season and impossible to dig out any positives from that. Had relegation written all over it. Gutless and inept. Been sitting on the fence for a while over Cooper but fell off it at 3.40pm.

Think picking Soumare and Wilf Roger in the midfield and putting Buonanotte as an inverted winger is not working out. Whatever the Manager does, we just have not got that bit of craft in the final third. Need the next goal then anything can happen. The opposition ain’t that good to be honest.

Penalty or not, Fatawu doesn't seem to have learned how to temper his enthusiasm from Coventry a year ago, when his rash challenge got him sent off and lost us a couple of points. Easy to say after the event but would like to have seen Cooper retain the three at the back we finished with at Southampton. Seems to me that we are so open with the traditional four we select and defensively have more holes than a colander. Need to get more aggressive as well because we're simply too easy to play against out of possession. Onwards and upwards!
