There's been quite the uptick in form since moving from Pezzolano (who I thought was harshly sacked) to Gracia. Makes you wonder if it was whether the team were underperforming for Pezzolano or whether Gracia has now got them playing out their skins. Truth probably somewhere in the middle. Anyone criticising Ipswich, you should see the Derby time wasting before judging the extra time added on, it was Italian levels and frankly I'm glad they got done Because of it in the end. The best thing is for Marti to do his job, placate Harry and get him playing. If an offer comes in then take it and replace him but assuming it doesn't we need him playing and putting in a shift for the rest of the season or January at least.
