  1. Hard to beat Celtic Rangers on a number of levels but Tyne Wear is definitely quite high up compared to the others. For a start, I doubt they'll be singing 'We Sunderland and Newcastle, we're all on our own' today.
  2. HMS Piss The Cup begins today
  3. That was simply a beautful piece ahead of its time, both man and vehicle. Like having electric car in 2001.
  4. Agreed on your thoughts on all 4 you mention. Its a shame the decent female pundits and hosts are bundled with the shite like Aluko and Lucy Ward. In the same breath, I am aware Gareth Crooks still has a job in football punditry and is probably worse than everyone.
  5. To be fair he's got one thing right, it does sound crazy.
  6. Nvm
  7. Second last home game is against West Brom. A perfect opponent to complete the circle of shithousery.
  8. Years ago I posted a cheque to someone. Only I forgot to put a stamp on, so they paid the postage on the Royal Mail card to ensure it was delivered. When they finally got the letter they opened it only to find it contained my unsigned cheque.
  9. Fair points but even if interest rates go down in the next 5 years, they would need to go down by some distance to make 3.94% a terrible rate when you consider how crap the 2 year rates currently are. To compare, I'm currently paying 2.85% on 5 years when tied in during summer 2022 when the bank of england rate was less than 2% at the time, which I'm try to overpay when possible. All considered though, I guess I dont have to worry about it now in comparison to other posters scenarios.
  10. Hard lines Littler, well deserved Humpries.
  11. No one wants to win this set
  12. Five year of 3.94% is pretty good to be fair.
  13. Brentford quietly in freefall, lost 7 of their last 8. Wonder if they'd ever pull the trigger on Frank? Toney will be back in a fee weeks I guess.
  14. Someone like Tony Mowbray or our Nige would be a solid appointment for Birmingham, both would lay some very solid foundations for anyone else Birmingham would get in the future.
  15. Shame for them, now we've got 10 points on them I'm sort of rooting for them to get 2nd.
  16. His song is surely some sort of variation of Jammin by Bob Marley?
  17. Very well said. I hope some of the posters dont take the same approach to others in their everyday life, its not healthy as you say.
  18. Salah starts for Liverpool, our AFCON players are gone already. Not that we needed them today but double standards much?
  19. Without a doubt. I dont mind as he's in my FPL team and need all the points I can get...
  20. Can I revise my prediction from 8-1 to 3-1 after seeing the AFCON players are gone already?
  21. Oddly enough I think Brendan would do a decent job at Newcastle in the first 2 years with the foundations Howe has set. It would be disaster from year 3 onwards though.
  22. With Rusyn scoring Sunderland's 2nd, is that the first goal by a striker this season for Sunderland?
  23. If we hadnt won the FA Cup already recently or had those quarter final runs then I'd be more up for the cup this season. If we're comfortably mid table in the prem again, then the cup moves up in priority.
  24. No problem mate, happy to help my fellow Foxestalkers
  25. I wonder if the true figures are higher or lower than those, I'd suspect lower percentage in terms of true tax rate. Must be shitloads of convoluted corporate structures where their wealth in tied up, where those named are the beneficial owner receiving dividends, or countless non-cash non taxable benefits.
