  1. Rodri is one of those players who is a complete and utter dislikeable cvnt but he is a such a quality player
  2. KDB really is one of my favourite premier league players of all time, incredible
  3. 'Grant, 47. Carling drinking Brexiteer. Beats the missus when bored'
  4. Exactly, we're still pissing this league.
  5. Regardless of who the supporters are its a few chavs with nothing better going for them in their sad and pathetic little insignificant lives
  6. Well done chavs you won your cup final
  7. I've never got the whole idea of a goalscorer getting praise when it takes a deflection before going in. Usually its followed up in co-commentary with 'yes it takes a deflection but the goalie isnt saving that' when 90% of the time it isnt going anywhere near in naturally and the only reason the goalie isnt saving it comfortably or it isnt going out of play is because its deviated massively off a defender to send the ball in an entirely different direction at the last second.
  8. Want Lisowski to win one of these big tournaments but he's too inconsistent
  9. Lestrella
  10. Simply unreal. Just thinking back to some of the goals and assist with a massive smile on my face.
  11. Surprised neither didnt go for Chelsea v Villa over Maidstone given previous history of tv picks. ITV1 gambling on Wolves winning the 3rd round replay, West Brom v Brentford doesnt exactly have the same wow factor to state the extremely obvious.
  12. Bittles for Guinness. Hit up the Cathedral quarter and you cant go wrong. Deers Head is town in decent for beer too. Dont touch a pint of Harp or Rockshore, they are everywhere but both shite.
  13. If the kids of famous dads make it as professional players then fair enough, they deserve it. But there seems to be a lot of footballing nepo babies in academics who then disappear, taking up the space that could have gone to someone else.
  14. It should absolve them of all responsibility though. I love Heskey and if he hasnt been advised of the risks he could sue his tax advisor though the reality is any half decent tax advisor will have entered into a retainer with disclaimers galore.
  15. When I see a post on here starting 'the thing is' with a quick glance at about 15 lines or so of non punctuated text afterwards, I know what the rest of it is without even reading it properly.
  16. 6 pages in and I still havent seen that baby squad post on here, I'm disappointed in you lot.
  17. Draw probably opens it up a little, two from Chelsea, Villa, Spurs and Man City going out by the 5th round.
  18. I think its a massive shame on him really. He was just a decent player and influence on others for us for years, and then decided to ruin it all by pretty much shitting on us last season when we needed him the most.
  19. Gary Mabbutt....or the butler from Trading Places?
  20. I think its unfair to put Tony Mowbray into the same band as the 'destroy and exit' club of Steve Bruce, Allardyce, Pardew, etc. Mowbray generally left most clubs he was fired at with solid foundations to build on and only got sacked from most when the clubs in question felt that he couldn't take them any further forward.
  21. The first question to ask when we consider a January buy is, would the player cut it in the premier league? If the answer is no, we move on to the next target. This is one of those no's
  22. Is he talks with FC Real Infirmary?
  23. He was completely outclassed in the first half but I thought he started to play better in the second half. If we are interested it should only be as back up at most.
  24. Sunderland seem to be going for it now, pity it took until they went 2 nil down.
  25. I was thinking that too, the difference in shorts colour isnt really enough for me.
