The club is genuinely pushing me to drive 2 hours to Leicester just to join a protest. Zero interest in actually going inside the stadium to watch the game either just stand outside with a sign on a Friday afternoon because the club is literally dying infront of our eyes. Ayew should never start a football match for us again. In football the defence starts from the front - the fans just want to see the players putting the effort in and trying. If you haven't got the ball, press and make life difficult for the opposition. Ayew is slow and laboured in everything he does. If energy is lacking up front that puts more pressure on the midfield and defence. It's not rocket science. One long ball over the top of our defence - goal A poor pass into our box which is going straight into the keepers hands - goal One corner hung up in the air on the six yard line - goal QPR hardly had to work hard for the win did they? I think we have slightly improved under Rowett he's an experienced coach who talks sense but the bottom line is - this group of players won't perform consistently. They don't defend well enough at this level under any manager. We've conceded 60 goals this season, only Wednesday have conceded more and only kept 4 clean sheets in 38 games. Recruitment is everything in football and we've got it so badly wrong - it's not just a lack of quality - our players simply won't do the hard yards and they are mentally weak. If something goes against this group, they can't pick themselves up and go again. They just give up. We're so badly run it's a joke. There's no excuses for KP - the evidence is on the pitch for all to see.

Hopefully that's a wake up call. Ayew does nothing. And the defence needs changing

I mean they were all over us in the second half. We showed no quality or composure at all and just couldn’t keep the ball. He’s definitely making us harder to beat though but we still need to play a lot better. At least it’s something to build on though. And if Daka can pull off a finish like that, it does make you wonder why he looks like a competition winner 95% of the time.
