Hope Rowett is saying to just go and try and score a second now. Don't try and protect this lead because we all know how that usually ends. Bring on James and Mukasa as well
-
Daka has took that extremely well. Looked a different player
-
How long before were 1-0 down then?
-
23rd in the championship. **** this regime. Get this plane in the sky
-
23rd in the Championship before a ball is kicked tomorrow. Makes you wonder where we’ll be after the Ipswich game… oh wait... still 23rd

We're bang in trouble and our home form is horrendous. The lack of clean sheets is embarrassing. However, I do think we got away with it a little bit with Blackburn and West Brom losing at the weekend. The only problem is Oxford still have a chance of getting out of it. It's not over yet and there's gonna be plenty more twists and turns. Norwich are a good team who have found some form let's be fair. And the battling draws against Boro and Stoke gave everyone a bit of hope. I might be deluded but if we were to cause a huge upset at somewhere like an Ipswich - when no ones expecting a win that really could turn our season. Lacselles is key - I really do have a lot more confidence with him alongside Nelson. Fatawu and Mukasa, James all have big parts to play. We're not playing well - it's edgy, the players look scared and the confidence clearly isn't there. We just have to back Rowett now. He's been in this position before - can he find a way to get us out the muck. Can he somehow motivate this group players enough Hope so because if we go down you genuinely dread to think what could happen.

3-0 Ipswich. Next -
Probably another one we'll struggle to move on, if we do sell him it'll be for peanuts

Give em a rocket Gary 🚀

Bloody hell. We look leggy
-
That's a huge save

Well done to all involved. Couldn't be there today but protest has been shown on Sky and looked a great turnout. Definitely think I saw @StriderHiryu as well

Expecting a close game. I'm encouraged by what I've seen from Rowett but still worried about us shooting ourselves in the foot. Honestly don't care how we do it now, just need the win.

And Okoli

Absolute cracker of a goal just scored by Oxford

Just listened to his post match interview - he's a breath of fresh air to be honest. Doesn't sugar coat anything just a proper straight talker.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
Haywood_6 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
He's absolute dog muck. Nothing good about his play in or out of possession. Gary please - there's no more time to waste this season. Tell Ayew to do one. -
He can actually defend quite well at times but his touch is usually heavy and his passing is just poor. Hope Lacselles comes back in the side soon and stays fit until season ends. Then we might have a chance
-
That's a good point actually - probably fair result. Arguably should have been all 3. Like what I've seen from Rowett though, performances have improved.

Oh dear
-
What a ****ing donkey honestly

I can’t be the only one seeing this but our insistence on playing such a high line from set pieces is killing us as well. I don't get it. We're gambling on catching them offside but I really don't think it's worth the risk If I'm the opposition then im seeing that as an open invitation. Just put a half-decent delivery into the area behind the Leicester defence and because their all is back pedalling, you'll either cause chaos or score a tap in... I'm no expert but surely a deeper line would be better? So the centre backs to actually face the play and attack the ball moving forward. I just think defensively we need to simplify the game and we seem to over complicate it

Just play monga on the left instead of this whingebag

Stoke 2-2 LCFC, post-match thread
Haywood_6 replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Takeaways for me Obviously gutted we've missed those chances at the end to win it. Our inability to defend crosses and balls into the box and lack of marking still a red flag. Good to see a bit of fight in the second half which we've been badly missing. Whatever Rowett said at half time obviously had an effect. -
****ing hell. This team would struggle in the national league playing like this - we're finished
